The Room. - [ ] Very dirty in a number of areas that should be cleaned daily. - [ ] Not many accessible plug points for charging any equipment - [ ] Only one sheet on bed. It was cold every night we stayed. If you want another bed sheet you will be charged. - [ ] WiFi does not work in the room. - [ ] Balcony small and extremely dirty Dinner area. - [ ] Looks and feels dirty - [ ] Cats allowed in dinning area sitting by your table begging for food - [ ] The hot food was cold every time - [ ] Quality of food very is poor. Same stuff recycled day after day. - [ ] Service is awful. Most staff not in uniform. They are just wearing dirty own clothes and they are very rude. Pool Side - [ ] You are not allowed to use hotel towels by the side of the pool so you will need to bring your own or buy them locally. - [ ] Service at pool bar is awful they are rude and they do not interact with customers at all - [ ] The snack bar at 3pm is a joke. - [ ] Rap songs played on the music by pool containing very bad language songs. When told the music was offensive they just turned it up. Summary This is a poorly managed hotel and my advice is I would avoid at all cost. This is a very honest review and I hope it helps someone make a better choice before choosing this hotel for their sunshine break. When I raised my concerns to the on site manager in reception he was totally disinterested. He told me to report my concerns to the rep. When I asked how do I contact the rep he said he didn’t know and they never come to this hotel. (NO EASY JET REP SEEN ALL WEEK) maybe that’s why the manager just does not care. I did contact my travel agent after sending them photos and some of the issues were resolved but it does not take away from the fact this hotel is very unhygienic and the service is awful. Bodrum is a lovely place with some lovely people but not in this hotel.

Ok, let's talk about the costs and some of the bad reviews. This hotel is classed as a budget family holiday, it doesn't pretend to be 5 star exclusive. I believe the prices people are paying are very competitive for what you get. Now that's out of the way, what will you get? You will have a prime position near the beach. It's literally a 3 min slow walk to sunbeds on a small part of the beach that are free for this hotel only. At this beach are the bars and shops and restaurants if you desire to eat out. It's lively or its relaxing, you can choose the venue. But also close to the hotel turning right out of reception are a couple of wonderful places to eat down the street, the Elvis bar and The Golden Spoon, try the sizzling prawns from the Spoon, thank me later. Hotel facilities are exactly what you have paid for, basically a pool, lushious plantation, plenty of sun loungers, bar, food and snacks available almost all day. Also, the Massage and Turkish bath connected to the hotel is a must. Abdul is a nice guy, he will like you if you try one of the services he offers. The staff and the managers are running a good ship for the cost. Ahmet at the bar is a good guy, he doesnt quite smile enough, but him and the other lads are quick to serve and clear away the tables. Mufide ❤️ is a hard-working Manageress of the bar and restaurant, she is a lovely lady, everyone loves her, I think she works 24 hours a day! Are there any faults with the hotel? Yes, the rooms could do with a good painter and decorator and maintenance to give a good freshen up. My aircon was a little noisey. I got used to it. I guess if the owners spent money here, there would be a much improved hotel, but then what happens to costs? Remember, this is a budget hotel.

This hotel was beautiful. Modest, but very cozy and comfortable. Taxis and public transport buses stop right in front of the hotel and are punctual. The rooms were clean and very simple.

Staying here with several family members. Must admit I was very concerned following some recent reviwes. However I've been pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly although my lack of ability to speak Turkish causes some communication difficulties but I am in Turkey! The food is delicious and there is plenty of it.

We stayed as a party of 10 ages from 3-70. We've had a wonderful time. The food is excellent, always fresh and served by very kind and helpful staff. They serve made to order omelettes with a filling of your choice every day! Our room was very clean, yes the decore was old fashioned but it was comfortable. The bar staff are efficient and friendly. We had lots of fun in the pool playing as a family. There's a special baby pool for the little ones. The hotel is very close to the prom for access to local bars, restaurants and shops. There's actually shop next to the hotel for essentials like sun lotion, drinks and snacks. There are some cute cats in the hotel which we enjoyed playing with. They're so cute.
