Titanic Luxury Collection Bodrum

We were at Pascarella restaurant and Aysun took care of us. Service was outstanding and very professional, and food was great. Very good service, great food and amazing view.! Such a nice place.!!!

I visited the titanic in May with my mother and 7 year old son, and we all had a fabulous holiday! I have been to Lujo previously, and I would say this tops it. The kids club was amazing with fabulous activities, and the staff keeping us updated via Wattsapp consistently- usually my son isn’t a fan of kids club, but with the arcades, cushion making, ps5 room, cinema, festivals and football he was running in! All of the staff were wonderful but Especially Nazli at the pool bar who was so warm and friendly ,Seval serving at breakfast time and ozgür balaman serving in the evening, nothing has been too much trouble, they are a credit to the hotel, with a smile on their faces at all times making our stay extra special. Thank you for our stay and we can’t wait to return!

Zero insulation in rooms, loud music until 2 am EVERYDAY. What else can I say - this is not how I was expecting a hotel for £1,000 per night with 4,7 rating 🤯

Great location, close to the airport. Amazing hotel, with all the facility you can imagine..Everything in resorts was spotless clean, beautiful sandy beach, clean water. The biggest impression were the people working there. All of them went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable but especially Nargiz and Zarina…🙂 Highly recommend

Our experience with the resort compelled me to write a rare if not first Trip Advisor Review! The hotel is fantastic. Very beautiful. One of the best we have visited. We booked the holiday with Jet2 indulgent escapes which included private transfers to and from the hotel. However, we weren’t guaranteed to have safe car seats for our 2 year old and 4 month old baby so we contacted the hotel and paid for another transfer so we had this. On the way from the airport to the hotel there was no issue. On the return there was not an acceptable car seat for my four month old. Even after numerous contacts with the hotel to double check we would have what we asked for. We were told there was no way they could get a car seat in time without us missing our flight so we essentially got forced into using the transfer with no seat for our 4 month old which is exactly what we didn’t want. Upon returning home from the hotel I immediately contacted them with the complaint and a request for our money back for the transfer. Whether it was the fault of the transfer company, or the fault of the hotels communication on booking (I suspect), we don’t really care. The transfer we paid for wasn’t fit for purpose. The hotel have refused to give me a full refund only offering 50% because we took the transfer to the airport (we had no other choice to make our flight by this point). The service by the hotel on this matter has not been ‘5 star’. As of today almost two months on I am yet to receive my 50% refund which is begrudgingly accepted. It’s not about the money for us it’s a matter of principle. And for the sake of £90 the hotel could have offered a full refund and then we could have all moved on and we would have happily returned. This is one of the worst issues in terms of customer service I’ve dealt with from a hotel in all our years of travel and it’s a shame. As a result of what has happened we won’t be returning to the hotel.
