By far the BEST hotel we’ve stayed in, and we e stayed in a fair few over the years. The hotel, the grounds, the beach are all stunning and so well kept at all times. The young animation team are by far the best we’ve ever come across, we made such good friends with Ellie Taryn Jacob Paula & Pablo. And considering we were probably old enough to be their grandparents they just were such fun with us. Every night was a party night with them. They were all So friendly, and very entertaining. The staff in the restaurants were 100% the best, they were so attentive and welcoming and they couldn’t do enough for us. We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary and wow what a lovely surprise we had, they Upgraded our room and a beautiful towel sculpture on the bed and flowers n petals. The staff everywhere in this huge hotel are super stars are work so hard. Highly recommend and we’re already booked again for summer xxxx

Somewhat late with my review but needed to recommend this hotel. Stunning location directly on seafront. We were greeted by the Tui team and the wonderful Oksana. Rooms were immaculately presented and we were shown all the features by the bell boy who delivered our cases without delay from arrival. We had a room on the ground floor ideally located for the restaurant and main pool. We met a little later with Oksana who gave us a very in depth tour of the resort and the all facilities available. For someone who has reduced mobility this was a little bit of a task as the resort is quite hilly having some slow gradient and quite steep gradient to the amphitheatre. Oksana did explain that a buggy service is available to transport guests where needed and this can be requested as and when needed. The main pool where daily activities took place did prove a problem as the only steps into the pool were vertical to the side of the pool which personally wasn’t an option for me. It must be said that there was the availability for the use of an amphibious wheelchair for access to this pool and directly into the sea for severely disabled guests. The infinity pool and beach bar is located a short walk away where daily music/bar and the weekly “white night” is held where the majority of guests wear all white clothing. All of the pools and beach were attended by lifeguards. For the more energetic guests there Fitness and Gym areas. The food quality is exceptional and well presented by show service stations and help yourself stations providing food for all dietary needs. The beach bar also offers a wide selection of food choices and drinks. Cold water stations are available throughout the resort. The main reception area hosted a snack and drinks bar through the day. The bar and snack bar were on elevated platforms where we did see a number of guests fall and trip on and off these areas throughout the stay. The weekly indoor market is well worth a visit and we chose a private taxi transport to and from although there are local buses available. We also ventured to the large shopping mall (be aware that the shops only accept local currency or credit cards). Shout out to all the amazing staff, Oksana whose customer liaison and colleagues are second to none. Ahmet and Moustafa in the restaurant also were attentive and were amazing. Despite a few issues encountered we would thoroughly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

We have just arrived back from a 5 day visit to this beautiful hotel. Great location of room overlooking the main pool and very close to Wunderbar and Main Restaurant. The food was very good and it’s plenty of choice especially with it being the final week of the season. We also visited the Green Curry which was as good as it was the last time we stayed. Evening Entertainment still very good and was great to see familiar faces once again. A special mention must go to Paula, Jason, Taryn, Pablo, Gazel and Ellie for making our stay as good as the first time and for making my birthday so special with many new memories made. We would also like to wish Paula the best of luck for her new adventure and you will be missed by everyone next season. We look forward to returning in September 2026 for the third time.

This was my second time at this Hotel and it was as great as the first time! The food may not always be perfect, but I’m a strict critic 😁 I chose this place at first for nice looking territory and great sunsets over the sea and they were really wonderful! But what I also got is amazing people! I must say they’re doing a great job with staff there. You really feel that they care. They smile, they remember things, they do their best so you would feel really special. There’s club for single travellers at this hotel. It’s made for Germans, I didn’t know about that. I sat by accident at the table reserved for them, but they took me as if I belonged 😁 I’d like to mention Christina who works her magic with Angels club. A truly great person who makes everyone feeling comfortable and cared about. This year I saw some people from my previous trip! They keep coming back because it really is a cool place where you can always find what to do and someone to hang out with :) And my special thanks to bartender Hasan Erol always coming with smile, paying best compliments and making perfect cocktails 😁🔥 Kubi, Hanna, Oksana, Mustafa, thank you all for making my trip really special! I hope to come back next year 🙏

There are so many good things going for this place. The entertainment team that I spent the most time with being Gazel and Halil were both brilliant with the games and were both always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we all enjoyed ourselves in the activities that they were hosting. All of the entertainment staff shown great enthusiasm and always had a smile on their faces which is always great to see. The barman at the beach Bar Hasan was extremely polite and friendly towards all the people he served. Providing service with a smile while somehow remembering individual drink orders among the hundreds of people that would be currently there. Our room was also kept very clean and while we had some small hiccups with it. The housekeeping team were very helpful and quick to help us. They were also very polite and professional, which made our experience all that much better. To conclude, this hotel has something for just about everyone and is a joy to go to. I would come back again and again.
