Blue Bay Platinum

We stayed at the Blue Bay Platinum in Marmaris from 11th-25th May 2026 for an incredible family holiday. First impressions were really good, we were greeted in the lobby and our bags were taken by one of the bell boys who took us on a mini tour of the hotel on the way to our room. The hotel was very clean and had impressive dining spaces as well as the decent sized pool areas and the all important kids pool and slides, which our room was luckily right next door to! The kids club was in our block too which gave us access to this much needed facility. (More on this later)! The food in the main restaurant was always very nice, hot and fresh, and a good selection of a range of foods so you could try something new or stick to something familiar. There was always a good atmosphere in the restaurant and the staff were quick to offer you a drink on arrival or clear dirty plates away from the table. The entertainment team were brilliant throughout our holiday. Offering a range of activities from water polo, to darts, table tennis and even an inflatable across the swimming pool for both kids and adults to tackle! They did their best to get hotel guests involved but as it was fairly quiet in our first week there were a few times the activities didn't go ahead as there were no participants. But our second week, there were plenty of hotel guests that wanted to take part! The kids club offered us an opportunity for some quiet adult time whilst the kids used up some energy on the soft play area. But what made kids club all the more special was Kay. She went above and beyond to make sure our two boys had THE best time. Either for the time they spent in kids club itself or during the mini-disco time in the evening. Kay made sure that our eldest Henry (6) wasn’t forgotten about, as he loves to sing and dance but doesn’t like getting up on stage in front of a crowd. Kay made sure his favourite song was played, which he would join in with! She made sure the evening parties still ran even though the turnout was lower than expected (one was themed as a chocolate party, another themed as a pirate party)! And this allowed us to have some kid free time in the evening to watch the external entertainment like the African dancers. Kay even dressed up as a minion for Henry for our last night as it was his favourite costume! Kay was incredible and a real asset to the hotel and we can’t thank her enough for all the little things she did for us over our holiday! We had a wonderful 2 weeks, lots to do, lots to see both within the hotel and around Marmaris itself, plenty of food and drink options on offer, morning, noon and night! Even managed to get some quiet time without the kids! What more could you want from a family holiday away from the daily grind?! Thank you for having us! The Cottons’

The hotel was quite clean the staff was very helpful.the hotel was central to bus and taxi services and fares were within budget to get about the hotel rooms were airy with a balcony looking over the pool you had entertainment every night and plenty of restaurants of site for eating out the food was plentyful and you had a choice of hot and cold the servy was fully loaded at breakfast lunch and dinner with bread cereal fruit etc etc the waiting staff went above and beyond to help you and very friendly. The tui rep Michelle was very helpful with booking days away on bus trips to the roman ruins and to the big market and to turtle beach I would recomend this hotel for a holiday to any one going to stay in.

Had the best experience at blue bay elixir with Bülent and team were absolutely amazing . From start to Finnish is been amazing we had 4 in total and could have easily come daily , thankyou so so much im definitely coming again and will recommend to everyone , top notch service 😊

The hotels best asset is definitely its staff, especially the restaurant and Bar staff. Alex at the adult pool goes above and beyond for the customers. The adult pool is a lovely peaceful spot and the ice cream parlour is a gem. The main hotel bar however lacks atmosphere and does not lend itself to a sociable gathering point.Overall the hotel was a very pleasant experience.Family with children may experience the hotel differently as the family pool areas were extremely crammed each day, also part of the pool area was cleared early each day as is shaded from 4pm in the afternoon.
