Second time visiting at this time of year. Hotel does feel like it’s struggling, and not just with the weather. Today: main pool closed, relax pool closed, sauna closed, steam room closed, lemon cafe closed, bubble tea closed, Ice cream closed, Italian closed, jetty access closed. No evening show. No space at the one remaining à la carte all week. I get it’s early in the season- but the weather isn’t that bad today, but very many of the advertised services are closed. Loved it before- but it feels a bit broken now.

The experience was amazing with all the food and drink we needed plenty of fun at the bar whole family enjoyed ourselves even in the rain we we were in our room having fun playing cards. Hotel is amazing bit rainy but the hotel can’t control that . This is our second trip and it’s just as good this time amazing view and I love staying here. The only one thing is that under and around the bed is a bit dusty and crusty. there is an amazing way to called Sadat he works in the main restaurant and a very friendly waitress who works down at the lemon Café

Here now part way through our 5th visit. A last minute booking one October turned into a love for this hotel and its staff. Location is perfect, you can do some lovely walks, or jump on the Dolmus for a quick ride to Marmaris or Içmeler. The hotel is wonderful, lots of options for food. I’m missing lunch at the Italian which isn’t open yet with it being low season, but still nice plenty of options. My children love the snack bars fried chicken! The breakfast and evening buffets have lots of choice available and something for everyone! Each night this week the variety has increased and tonight was a 10/10! The lamb biryani and vegetable pakoras were amazing! At breakfast I love the the menemen, the omelette station, the lavash toast and all of the many many more options available! One thing that this hotel has is special staff! Bar staff, we love them all, all doing a fantastic job with a smile on their faces, special mentions to: Emir, Ozzy Oguzhan, Ali and Kadir. Sahin, whether at coffee corner or the pool bar, always looking after us! Our cleaner Beyhan, fantastic job! Mehdi in relations, thank you for looking after us! Murat, I will miss playing darts every day, your energy is something else! Thank you for keeping adults and children entertained, fantastic job! Saim, what a lovely familiar face at the pool, so helpful and a wonderful man! Mustafa Kayan in the buffet, remembers us and our drinks order every visit! Yahya arslan - the best sandwich maker in the whole of Türkiye! Thank you for keeping us going into the early hours with your wonderful sandwiches! Yusuf and Harun at the snack bar and à la carte, again you remembered us and looked after us! Thank you! I didn’t get the persons name at the ice cream bar, but he was also lovely. I love the pistachio and lemon ice creams! I know you can’t please everyone all the time, but keep doing what you’re doing! We have visited in March, April, August, October and November, each trip has had its differences due to the time of season, but I’ve loved them all! Yes this visit was at the lowest occupancy I’ve seen it and the hotel understandably has to work with that. I went at this time of year because it worked for me with school and work holidays, and also have other trips booked for the summer. From this week occupancy increases and with that and higher season comes the full package. Part of your holiday is what you make it and we’ve certainly made the most of it! When it’s rained we’ve moved to the indoor pool, when there was no entertainment we made our own, but we were always surrounded by the best people in the best place! I’m looking to book trip number 6 for October now!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Best I’ve ever been to, there is so much to do on site and beyond that you can never be bored here. The food is top quality with different options every day and different choices of à la carte which allow you to design your own experience. Plenty for the whole family especially the beach bar at night! Staff are beyond helpful and kind especially at the spa and the tea shop. Loved the thermal pool and the B Block facilities. We were ok the garden rooms and loved the little outdoor pool near our room and the maids were so kind and did ana amazing job. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

We’re currently staying at the hotel and really enjoying it so far. The location is great, right beside the beach, which is super handy. There’s loads going on during the day too, like ice cream (which the kids love), a really nice coffee station, and a 24/7 pool bar plus a few other bars around. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful. In the main restaurant, they’ll bring drinks straight to your table and everyone is always polite and smiling. The cleaners are doing a great job as well. Our room in Block B is simple but perfectly fine for what we need. A special mention to Rana from guest relations (supervisor) — she was so kind and helpful during our stay and really made a difference for us! The kids club has been brilliant too. The girls working there put in so much effort with activities like drawing, painting, and mini disco — our kids are loving it. We also stopped by the Grand Bar and it’s probably my favourite spot. Really nice atmosphere and great cocktails. It’s adults only. Also appreciated the late-night snacks (sandwiches and soup), especially since we arrived late. The spa area beside the main pool is another great thing. The team there are warm, chatty, and welcoming, you honestly feel like coming back again and again. We’ve been enjoying the facilities every day, and I’m even thinking of booking a massage there. Overall, it’s great value for money and we’re having a lovely time. I’d definitely recommend it and would come back again.
