Club Turban Thermal

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Yazici Club Turban Thermal Hotel and would definitely return. The hotel itself is in a beautiful location surrounded by nature and right by the sea, which made it feel really relaxing throughout our stay. The pools, beach areas and facilities were all very clean and well maintained. The food had plenty of variety and there was always something to choose from, and the staff across the hotel were friendly and hardworking. Rana from Guest Relations, was more than helpful during our stay. She went above and beyond and genuinely made our experience even better with her kindness and professionalism. The location is also great, with easy access to both Marmaris and İçmeler for evenings out, shopping and restaurants. Overall we had an amazing holiday and would happily recommend this hotel to others looking for a relaxing stay in Marmaris.

Hi ,my husband & i just had the most fantastic time here from 25/04/26 to 09/05/26. Here is our 100% honest review 😍 Reception: we arrived very late to a lovely warm welcome ,quickly given all the information and taken to our room , I had emailed before arriving to request main block near facilities as I have mobility / health issues ! they didn't disappoint as we got above the restaurant on level 1 right at the exit door which led us straight outside to a little hill leading straight to the restaurant & everything outside & to prevent going back up the little hill to our room we used the lift . ROOM : main block .we loved that the doors also had a separate mesh door preventing cats etc coming in, so we could let fresh air in without unwanted visitors lol . We had 2 double beds, a large walk in shower, toiletries & slippers , shampoo ,body wash,hand soap ,hair dryer all provided . We got Clean towels & bins emptied every day . FOOD :where do we start , so many choices of what & where to eat. main restaurant: plenty selection and help yourself buffet style. Lunch : main restaurant, Italian , Doner house, steak house , food court ,cake bar , ice cream bar ,coffee shop,tea shop , bubble tea van , the choice is really unbeatable .all staff are very friendly and helpful , we especially found the Italian guys Ibraham,Ahmet,vedat and best of all Burak to be excellent & these guys made us so welcome ,thankyou guys ( these are the lunches we used ) i loved the tacos x Dinner : main restaurant we also had Asian a la carte : we were made very welcome ,great service and food was well worth it ,i especially enjoyed the sweet & sour chicken 😋. Steak house a la carte: again the staff were very attentive , we had the ribbon eye steak with baked potato & veg ,very tasty and definitely worth a visit . Italian a la carte: again we cant say one bad thing about here ,staff excellent, meal perfect & I loved the carbonate type dish & my husband loved the pizzas .definitely visit here folks. DRINKS: beach bar, pool bar and Grand bar all have plenty choices, we are not heavy alcohol drinkers but i did try a couple of pina coladas ,these were very good ,my husband enjoyed a few beers and we tried for the first time a bloody Mary and an espresso martini ( not really for us though lol ) acquired taste 🥴. Husband loved the coffee shop & I liked a couple of the bubbles teas .a lovely touch too was the skaters who would come to your sunbed to get you a drink , cool 😎. Pools,Beach : we found all 7 outdoor pools but to be honest we didnt even step a foot in any of them as we loved the sea and the jetty with the steps to get into the water , we always got the same sunbeds everyday as hubby is an early bird,we spent all day outside but early bedtime lol, we were very happy altho some people got seats kept for them and didn't use them until late afternoon which was to the annoyance of others ( i understand why to be fair ) .🙄 Entertainment: well as i said we go to bed early so only made 1 night time which was the white party & we actually really enjoyed it , they had afternoon entertainment at the pool bar & we really loved the African singers omg they were fantastic . Toilets : our opinion is that they could do with more ,also with easier access without steps ,we found them to be kept clean , which is a good thing . Hairdresser : my husband got a full package of hair ,face & eyebrow shave ,ears nose wax and said it was money well spent . Sickness : not one bit and me & my husband both have tummy issues so we want to let everyone know seeing as a lot of reviews before we came nearly put us off!! Wash hands & use sanitizer in-between like we done & I'm sure you will be fine . The hotel was quite quiet our first week and some things like the a la carte steak & Asian were not open but this was fine , plenty sunbeds free lol . 2nd week definitely got busier as we noticed the jetty getting more and more people on it ,we still got our sunbeds though 🤪all a la cartes opened up on 1st may . Met some lovely guests who seem to be returning guests so thats a positive 😁 This was our first time at Grand yazici turban although 13 years we have been going twice a year to marmaris . Over all we loved our holiday here & hope to return very soon.best hotel we have stayed at in marmaris .💕 🍻 cheers guys

Very high quality service at this hotel they had everything from food to drinks 4 different à la carte restaurants and an onsite medic and nurse for any issues. I personally had to go to the nurse Arda who helped advise me with a health issue I had at the time and he was more than helpful the following days checking in on me making sure I was feeling good the whole time we were there.

Buse is an absolutely incredible kids entertainer, always full of energy, kindness, and positivity. She lights up the whole place in her colourful rainbow tutu, getting all the children involved with dancing, games, and fun activities. Her sand painting sessions were amazing too. She was so patient, creative, and wonderful with every child. You can really tell she loves what she does, and she made the holiday extra special for the kids. Honestly, Buse was one of the biggest highlights of the entire trip and deserves huge praise for how hard she works every single day. The children absolutely adore her. Eren was also fantastic, a brilliant mambo dancer with amazing style and professionalism. Always smartly dressed, friendly, and entertaining, he brought such a fun atmosphere to the evenings. Izem was one of the happiest and warmest people at the resort, always smiling and making guests feel welcome wherever you saw her. Ozlem was a wonderful teacher, very caring, patient, and attentive with everyone. Arda was an excellent nurse, professional, reassuring, and extremely helpful whenever needed. Club Turban is honestly one of the best resorts in Türkiye. The staff work so hard to make every guest feel welcome, and the entertainment team is outstanding. Beautiful location, great atmosphere, amazing people, and unforgettable memories. 10/10, would definitely come again!
