Rixos Premium Göcek

We absolutely love this resort. It’s sophisticated, luxurious, and adult only so it’s an absolute treat. We love the private beach, and the boat ride that takes you there, the ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude of all the staff, the spacious rooms with comfy beds, and the variety of food. We like to exercise and appreciate the gym, and outdoor space, the bikes and the lovely walk into Gocek. We have been here several times and consider it one of our favourite destinations.

Well, third time back to this lovely place, it is becoming a habit, and for good reason.....simply Rixos premium is a lovely place to have a holiday. We were lucky enough to arrive for our two week holiday (we really did need it) and pass through the clean and cheerful reception, not to walk through it again until the end of our holiday.....a great piece of planning. Off to our room, again comfortable, clean and reasonably quiet. For us it was a happy time to relive the experience of Rixos, once again getting to speak with the wonderful staff who constantly looked after us, even when under pressure, giving us such a warm welcome in every respect. A special shout out to Ali (Chef at bar Nox), who works so hard. I could mention all staff, especially in a time of uncertainty for the hotel (Will it change, how will it change?)......but Rixos.....keep the special ones!!! If you get a chance to visit in the all inclusive format......it's worth it!! Thanks Rixos.....

There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel. The rooms are excellent, the food is excellent and the staff are excellent. I would not hesitate to go back.

I don’t have enough good words to say about the staff and this resort. I came and brought my gran after some health scares & we thoroughly enjoyed every single second of our week. I contacted the staff before, explaining her health issues, and I cannot thank the staff enough. From the room to the guys helping in and off the boats, to the maids etc they are all extremely polite, professional and kind. Thank you 🙌🏼 The food in the buffet was first class, small buffet but large selection and not a lot put out in one go, so always fresh, hot and tasty. The rooms were amazing, fabulous bathroom and the beds were so comfortable. The mini bar was constantly restocked and you couldn’t want for more. The beach and Azur restaurant are fantastic, we used the “posh” beach for half of our week, due to construction on the secret beach, it was amazing. We were sad to leave it, however, the secret beach was fantastic & had a lovely bar, toilets and beautiful area to sit and sunbathe. The lady serving drinks with the short dark hair is so lovely, she’s a credit to the resort. The water taxis to and from the beach are free and come constantly, so no need to rush or panic to be there at a certain time. The nightly entertainment was a nice touch, lovely to have some music to listen to and made the nights fun and enjoyable. The only small downside was the à la cartes, we wouldn’t use these again due to the time of year mainly. The weather was chilly at night and the food was cold and couldn’t be enjoyed. We did them and that’s fine, however, we would use the buffet going forward as we were too cold to sit out for these meals. Can’t recommend this resort enough, it’s small and personable with a family feel but the luxurious experience and I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you 🙏🏼

Having just returned from my 9th stay at this hotel, I feel I can give a very balanced review. I clearly keep coming back for a reason — the location, atmosphere and overall experience are usually excellent. This visit did have a slightly rocky start. We had specifically requested a twin room but were initially placed in a double. To the hotel’s credit, they resolved this the following day and moved us without fuss. Unfortunately, we then experienced issues with a blocked drain on two consecutive days, which was frustrating and not what we would normally expect here. However, what really stood out was how the hotel handled the situation. After the third night, they offered us a complimentary upgrade to Club Prive in a private villa — and it was absolutely out of this world. The villa was stunning, the service exceptional, and it completely transformed the remainder of our holiday into something incredibly special. A special mention must go to to Elif and Mustafa, whose service throughout our stay was exceptional. In addition at Club Prive, Erol, Tarik and Akif were outstanding. They were warm, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. The food in Club Prive was also spectacular — beautifully presented, full of flavour and consistently outstanding. We also had a fantastic evening at the beach party, which was such a fun atmosphere and a real highlight of the trip. No hotel gets everything right 100% of the time, but what matters is how problems are dealt with. In our experience, this hotel and in particular Sezin, genuinely cared about putting things right, and they did so in a way that exceeded expectations. That level of customer service is why we continue to return year after year. We’ll definitely be back for stay number 10.
