The Residence at TUI BLUE Sensatori Akra Fethiye

This was our second time at The Residence, and once again couldn't be faulted. Service is exceptional - nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is scrupulously clean, and the overall experience is one of relaxed luxury. Can't wait until our return.

We are currently staying at this hotel it is exceptional in many ways. The room is large with great view, amenities and a very well stocked fridge. The pool is the most picturesque we have experienced. The drinks service is second to none you can order on app from pool or beach chair but have only used a couple of times as staff are asking if you want a drink every 20 minutes or so. All restaurant and bar staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you there are a few exceptions but this is always the case in life in general…You can use all al a carte restaurants at the sensatori next door which is a great hotel too we visited there previously. But staying at residence gives you a better pool, more premium drinks I feel and access to the busier hotel next door too and better drinks service via app etc. Food has been great at both sides not had any bad meals. As people have said buffet next door does offer larger choice for breakfast buffet but is larger hotel so to be expected. Breakfast here is smaller buffet but with al a carte menu too to choose from. Music is quite loud here until 11.30 which we didn’t mind but a more sophisticated sax player may be more fitting for this calibre of hotel or just turn volume down a notch or two it’s not Ibiza ..Some great bands playing though and definitely will return 👍 New Beach bar and renovations next door are fabulous 👍

We stayed at The Residence Fethiye for the first two weeks of June on our very first visit, and by the end of our holiday we had already booked to return next June. That alone probably says everything you need to know, but the resort deserves a proper review. From the moment we arrived, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The setting is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between luxury and relaxation. Every area of the resort is maintained to an exceptionally high standard, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the stunning surroundings. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its people. The level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. A special mention must go to Ezgi in the lobby, who was always welcoming, professional and happy to help. Every interaction was warm and genuine, making us feel valued as guests from day one. At the Balkon Bar, Omen was fantastic. Friendly, attentive and always smiling, he helped create such an enjoyable atmosphere every evening. His service was consistently excellent and he is a real asset to the hotel. Esra at Watergate provided equally exceptional service. Her attention to detail and friendly approach never went unnoticed, and she helped make many of our days by the pool even more enjoyable. The cabana experience was made all the better by Hasan, whose attentiveness and professionalism were first-class. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he consistently went out of his way to ensure guests were comfortable and looked after. Finally, a special thank you to Mutlu, who leads what is clearly a very well-managed and customer-focused team. The positive culture throughout the hotel is evident everywhere you go, and that starts at the top. It is rare to find a resort where every member of staff genuinely seems to care about delivering an exceptional guest experience. The food, drinks, facilities and overall quality were all excellent, but it was the people who made this holiday so memorable. The Residence Fethiye has set a benchmark that will be difficult for other hotels to match. We arrived as first-time guests and left feeling like loyal customers. We are already looking forward to returning next June and would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and luxurious holiday. Rating: 5/5 – Exceptional in every way.

Myself and hubby had a fabulous time here at the Residence, the food was all nice, our double room was beautiful and cleaned daily exceptionally well..a visit to the balkon cocktail bar is a must!! Staff are fantastic infact its the nicest hotel weve been to in regards of service, room, and food offerings. My only criticism and its not a criticism as such, is that maybe put in more metal steps around the main pool area, as alot of older people visit this hotel and we watched them struggle to get into the pool so more steps would make tbis hotel absolutely perfect. Will be visiting again and highly recommend

Our first time at this beautiful hotel and we enjoyed every minute. The staff are wonderful, great service and so friendly and professional. Our lakeside suites were spotless and luxurious. Zeki looked after us so well. The pool is amazing, loved that you could swim all around, stopping off for a cocktail at the swim up bar! The food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you.
