The room was not what we expected wasn’t anything like the picture very little storage and didn’t get very good sleep We thought the food was very repetitive and bland /boring The pool was the best bit/entertainment team The staff were very rude when I tried to order an alcoholic beverage even though I’m an adult and clearly had an adult wristband and the reception team was very blunt and rude was stated that we get water provided in the room upon arrival and didn’t receive it we arrived late around 11:30pm we was starving and we asked were we could get some food and was given instructions that there was a restaurant so we go and there was nothing just a little coffee shop so we went to bed hungry wasn’t impressed and it states no sunbed reservations before 8 but most sunbeds were taken by 6am and staff did nothing about it Also there was never any toilet roll in the toilets by the pool so I was having to go all the way back to floor 5 to my room to use the toilet Wasn’t expecting luxury as it is a budget friendly hotel but I atleast expected a change of food every evening and better treatment from staff definitely wouldn’t pay more then we did and won’t return

We checked in to the hotel and was given a room in the loft which was ridiculously small and stuffy. There was dirt and mess on the floor at arrival. The aircon in the room takes 5-10 minutes to kick in and is off when you are out of you room due to needing your keycard for electricity. (My partner is pregnant so we asked for a spare room key to keep it cool in the day, they said no). The balcony has a huge generator that blows our hot air so we couldn’t sit out on the balcony at all due to the heat it was adding in 36 degree heat. The lady at reception was very sharp and rude and would often be sarcastic. The bar staff are very sarcastic and rude and when asking for ice for my partner at 9:45 when the bar opened at 10, he laughed and pointed at the opening time sheet. One morning there was no toilet roll in any public toilet (we had checked out so these were the only toilets we could use). We asked at 9 for toilet roll and no toilets got toilet roll added until 10:30 so my partner couldn’t use the toilet. The entertainment on an evening only had a certain amount of chairs to watch, which was certainly not enough for all paying visitors to sit down. All of the daybeds would be full on an evening due to this, and we didn’t feel like that was a nice experience every night. We moved 2 chairs one evening out of the snack bar to see the stage (less than 5 metres), before we could sit down they were taken from us as this wasn’t allowed. This meant we just went back to our room as there was no where to sit at 9:30pm. This was not the entertainment staffs fault at all, but the poor organisation and facitilies the hotel has. The entertainment staff were brilliant and made the holiday. Great fun and engaging activities around the pool all day. The food had a great variety and was lovely. Each night was a different cuisine. Overall, I will not be returning due to the facility of bedrooms and attitude of the rude staff.

Just back from a 7 night stay at the hotel. A great week away. The hotel is a little out the way from the beach. 1km walk. But we stayed by the pool so was not an issue. The hotel has two pools, one lively and a quiet pool. We found the quiet pool to our liking. The bar there and bar staff was Fuday. He was fantastic .mixing us different cocktails every day. The pool and area was clean too. Although sunbeds go quickly. The too rooms we had over looked the other pool and entertainment area. This usually finished by 11 pm so was not an issue. The main restaurant had a mix. Of choices each day for both breakfast lunch and evening. And the organic wine was nice to try. We were served most days by the excellent Mevlùt who saved us a table each day . And remembered what drinks we liked too .very friendly and helpful. We made use of the spa and massage on the last day which was good. Overall no complaints and would recommend the hotel for future stays.
