Rating: 8/10 Beautiful location, top-notch facilities, and incredible service! Thanks to the vast size of the complex, it never felt crowded despite being fully booked—we could effortlessly grab a beach or pool chair at any time of day, find peaceful alone time in the spa or pool, and enjoy food whenever we wanted. Our room had excellent amenities (wet room, multi-region sockets, electric curtains, large TV), and the food variety was delicious. Special mention to Baris, who was incredibly pleasant and attentive, ensuring my family felt right at home. The gym and spa are great, though having under-16s in those areas made it a little less serene at times (management mentioned they are addressing this).
Our stay at XO Cape Arnna was absolutely incredible! As a 5-star all-inclusive resort, it completely exceeded our expectations. The food and drinks were truly out of this world; every single à la carte restaurant we tried was absolutely delicious, leaving my whole family incredibly happy with everything. The accommodations were immaculate, and a special thank you goes to our room cleaner for room 4108 who did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the exceptional team. Ali by the pool is a great waiter who always goes above and beyond with a huge smile. A massive shout-out also to Kadir at the stage bar and beach bar—he is by far fantastic at his job, works incredibly hard getting everyone their drinks of an evening, and is always so warm and welcoming.Honestly, all the staff here are lovely, great, welcoming people. We cannot wait to come back again! In fact, people we know back home are already booking their own stays based on our updates, and we haven't even left yet! Thank you for a flawless family holiday."

XO Cape Arnna – What an Amazing Holiday! 🌴☀️🍹 We’ve just arrived home from an absolutely incredible stay at XO Cape Arnna, and it’s safe to say this hotel has completely blown us away! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The warm welcome, fantastic poolside service, quality of the food and drinks, and the incredible attention to detail throughout the resort made our stay truly special. The grounds are beautifully manicured and maintained to an almost OCD level of cleanliness! 😂 Everywhere you look, everything is immaculate. The staff are genuinely fantastic — friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble. As a relatively new resort, the hotel is incredibly modern and high-tech. The app is brilliant — easy to use, informative and makes everything from booking activities to finding information about the resort incredibly simple. Our room was spacious, stylish and extremely well equipped, with loads of storage. The minibar was constantly stocked with crisps, drinks, chocolates and sweets, while the toiletries provided were so extensive you could probably have left half your suitcase at home! 😂 There’s also so much to keep everyone entertained, with daily activities, multiple pools, a fantastic water park and excellent sports facilities. One of my personal highlights was the outdoor ice-cold plunge pool — absolutely perfect for cooling down and regulating the body temperature in the glorious sunshine! 🥶☀️ And then there’s the beach bar… 🍹🌅 Sitting there with a cocktail, listening to the DJ, taking in the incredible atmosphere and watching the most beautiful sunsets was the perfect way to finish each day. I could honestly go on forever, but instead I’ll just say this: If you’re considering XO Cape Arnna, DO IT! You genuinely will not be disappointed. A massive thank you to everyone at XO Cape Arnna for an unforgettable holiday. Until next time… ❤️🌴🍹
This is a quality hotel with a fantastic atmosphere. It feels less like a conventional resort and more like a small, beautifully designed village, with cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, pools and plenty of places to sit, relax or find a bit of space. It’s very design-led and incredibly well branded. Yes, it’s expensive, but the attention to detail, quality of the facilities and standard of service make it feel like good value rather than simply an expensive holiday. The resort One of the things that surprised me most was how spacious everything felt. The hotel was busy when we stayed, but because of the size and layout it never really felt crowded. Restaurants had plenty of space between tables, there were endless areas to sit, and you never had that cramped feeling you sometimes get at large all-inclusive resorts. Even around the pools, sunbeds were never really an issue. The main pool areas became busy from around 10am, but there were always loungers elsewhere, particularly closer to the beach. If you want a very specific spot, get there before 8am. Yes, some people still reserve beds and disappear for half the day, but the hotel does actively remove towels. There is a pool team constantly cleaning, tidying and rearranging the beds, which makes a big difference. Rooms and service Our room was excellent. Well defined separate areas, with a door. And the room was huge. Lots of hanging space, drawers and storage for cases out of the way. There was one bathroom, but the shower and WC were separate, which made it perfectly practical for a family sharing the room. The minibar was replenished every day, and if you wanted anything extra you simply requested it through the app. The app and personal-assistant service were genuinely useful rather than just a gimmick. We had an issue with the TV and on another day managed to forget the safe code. Both times someone arrived within minutes. That pretty much summed up the service throughout the holiday: nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Food The buffet was excellent. Rather than enormous trays of food being brought out and left sitting around, much of it was being prepared fresh continuously. The choice and quality were consistently very good. We also tried several of the paid restaurants and enjoyed them. The steak restaurant was probably our favourite, although unsurprisingly it was also the most expensive. One thing I do think the hotel should reconsider is the allowance for the included à la carte restaurants. You receive three visits whether you are staying for 7 nights or 14 nights. That doesn’t really make sense, particularly when some of those restaurants appeared half empty. A longer stay should surely come with additional visits. Bars and entertainment The beach bar was one of our favourite places. There was music and various DJ acts from around 7pm until approximately 12.30am. It created a great atmosphere without turning the whole resort into a nightclub. That balance is important because there are so many other areas around the hotel that, if you wanted somewhere quiet instead, you could easily find it. The shows were good too. The sports bar also had plenty going on, particularly for teenagers. Families and teenagers I think this hotel works particularly well for families with children around 12–18. Our kids could safely wander around the resort, meet up, grab food, go to the sports bar, visit the waterpark or just find somewhere to hang out without needing us with them constantly. The waterparks aren’t enormous, but there are three different areas aimed at different age groups and they were more than adequate. The gym and sauna facilities were also excellent — easily comparable with many dedicated health clubs and spa resorts in the UK. The little details This may sound like an odd thing to mention in a hotel review, but there were toilets everywhere around the resort and they were immaculately clean and beautifully presented every time we used them. I’ve actually added a couple of photos because it says quite a lot about the standards here. When somewhere pays that much attention to something as basic as its public toilets, you start to understand the level of detail that runs through the whole resort. The staff Ultimately, though, the staff are what make this place work. They seem to be everywhere — serving, cleaning, checking everything is right and constantly keeping the resort looking immaculate. You can sit on a quality sun lounger and have drinks brought to you throughout the day, and the pool and beach teams were brilliant. I noticed another review complaining that drinks service could sometimes be slow. Really? Occasionally waiting a few extra minutes for a drink at a busy five-star resort isn’t exactly a holiday disaster. These guys work relentlessly and deserve a bit of credit. The one issue: price There aren’t really any meaningful negatives. It’s always possible to pick holes in a hotel or compare it with somewhere else you’ve stayed, but taken as a complete package, this place is exceptional. My only real hesitation would be the pricing of the swim-up rooms and larger suites. For two adults and two children — who aren’t even old enough to drink — upgrading would have pushed our holiday well beyond £20,000. For me, that’s the point where the value equation becomes much harder to justify. If you’re travelling as a couple, or can visit outside peak season, that may be very different. Would I go back? Yes — without hesitation. And that isn’t something I say about many hotels. There are plenty of places I’ve enjoyed but still wouldn’t necessarily return to because I’d rather try somewhere new. This is different. I would genuinely come back. The bigger question is whether the hotel can maintain this level of service and quality over the coming years, rather than gradually allowing profit and cost-cutting to dilute what currently makes it special. Time will tell. But based on our stay, this is one of the best-designed, best-run family resorts I’ve experienced — and the staff deserve enormous credit for that.
