This hotel advertises that it is child friendly however, I was travelling with my 1 year old daughter and I caught (with my own eyes) the receptionist smoking in the back office inside of the building. It’s just disgusting the whole floor stunk of cigarette smoke and I don’t have anyone smoking around my daughter let alone staying in a hotel where the staff think it’s acceptable to smoke inside of the building. The food wasn’t that great, it was the same repetitive choice and not much to choose from for myself let alone a toddler as young as 1. There were always flies on or around the salad bar and don’t even get me started on the cats. I understand cats are troublesome in Turkey but there were stray cats all over the restaurant, eating food off floors and jumping onto tables, the staff did try remove them but there were just too many for them to manage. I would not recommend staying at this hotel with young children, not only because of the smoking but if you require a pram as I did and need to use the lift, there were times I was stood waiting to get in the lift for 20 minutes with no alternate way to get down to the restaurant or reception, the lifts were tiny they just about fitted me, my pram and my friend and we are not big girls, the maids often blocked the lifts as they were cleaning on the floors and there were people often using the lifts from the higher floors and would sometimes be kind enough to get out the lift and let me in with my pram and use the stairs as there was just not enough space for more than a couple of people so it’s just not ideal with a toddler. The staff overall were really helpful where possible barring the staff member smoking but I 100% WOULD NOT recommend staying here with young children.
Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. It is defintely not a 4 star! The hotel is dirty and dated and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Food choice very limited, always cold and covered in flies! My friend and I are not fussy eaters but had to eat out everyday as we couldn't eat anything for fear of food poisoning. So the hoilday cost us a fortune and we didn't even enjoy it! They also didn't even provide bottled water and drink choice also limited. Takes about 30 minutes to walk to the centre of Kusadasi and taxis cost a fortune.
Short walk into the centrum grand and relaxing hotel staff are lovely stayed in room 410 the cleaner is amazing being a solo male traveller how refreshing to come back and my clothes folded that is an amazing touch
Worst hotel have i been. My first day arrive at the hotel 2am. Went straight to my room the room smell of all cigarette. On the third day the bathroom had a smell of drainage. Restaurant food was totally rubbish. I would not recommend anyone to go there.
For the price a nice hotel. Turkish 4 star not European 4 star. Great selection of cold food on the buffet but the hot food was never that hot. All inclusive included beer, vodka and gin. Strangely did not include water.
