The hotel itself is beautiful, setting lovely, rooms are very nice, and the facilities are all top class, as well as the food, very high standard, HOWEVER, we are overall very disappointed with our stay. We have waited all year for this trip, and paid alot of money for it. We had visions of the kids enjoying time in the swimming pools, which we cannot even use as they are absolutely freezing. The children are literally turning blue when they try to, and you will see not one single guest is in any of the pools. Even the children's pool could be heated. When we asked the staff about this, they said it did not fit with the "nature concept", which I'm sorry, comes across disengenous, there are plenty renewable, non invasive methods that could be used to heat at least the children's pool, especially in October when the weather can be changeable. The prices for this week are the same as the summer, but the pools cannot be used at all, which was a major reason why we booked this hotel as our kids love swimming. There are plenty hotels in Turkey which offer heated pools, at a similar 5 star standard, so if swimming pools are important to you, do not book here. One positive is that the Marvy assist team are very helpful where they can be, our daughter became unwell due to an ear infection, and the Marvy assist team, especially Irene and Bilge were very helpful in organising a trip to the local clinic to get antibiotics. Ashame, as we had such high hopes for this hotel, but the swimming pools being so so cold, really is a let down.
This is one of the few places my family actually WANTED to re-visit, and so we have been to Club Marvy already a couple of times For this is a fantastic location for a family vacation. Why? 1) great family facilities (pools, slides, organized activities, shows) 2) exceptional food quality and variety, with options even very picky kids will eat 3) comfortable rooms (they’re not big, though) with high quality, nice smelling toiletries provided in the room (and by the way, also in restrooms throughout the hotel grounds) 4) great ambiance thanks to lush greenery and fragrant plants overgrowing the entire hotel grounds (you can barely see the hotel buildings among the trees and bushes; this can be especially well observed if you swim away from the shore and take a look at the coastline; Marvy provides a shocking contrast to nearby hotels which tend to look like flat, dusty areas with a few palm trees scattered around) 5) overall feeling of quality 6) incredibly nice and helpful staff, most of whom speak very decent English If I were to complain about anything it’d be the feeling of “use” of room furniture. However, when we last visited the hotel, we were told rooms would be going through a renovation, so maybe this comment is no longer valid when you read it
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Club Marvy. There was something there for everybody in our group of 3 generations from grandparents to teenagers. The quality of food and drinks were excellent and staff friendly. Sedef (Guest Relations Supervisor) was particularly helpful.
Absolutely gorgeous! Location. 10/10 Food. 10/10 Facilities. 10/10 Just book restaurants as soon as you arrive as they get booked up very quickly. Lots of help from Sedef and Bilge. Thanks
After months of researching Club Marvy, I was initially hesitant to book due to some of the negative reviews I’d read. However, I’m so glad we decided to go — it exceeded all our expectations and made for a truly memorable first family holiday in Turkey. We stayed at Sani Dunes last year, which remains my gold standard for all-inclusive family resorts in Europe, but Club Marvy comes remarkably close. The resort looks exactly as it does in the photos, with stunning natural surroundings, stylish design, and a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere. We stayed in interconnecting rooms 3804–3806, which were ideal for our family of four. The space was generous, giving our children (ages 7 and 9) their own area with a balcony and sea view, while still allowing us to enjoy privacy and comfort. The daily housekeeping was excellent and the rooms were always spotless. The staff deserve special mention — friendly, helpful, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. The beach is beautiful, the kids club kept our children entertained for hours, and the restaurants offered an impressive variety and quality of food (with 5 out of 7 included in the all-inclusive plan). The WhatsApp service was a fantastic touch — everything from booking restaurants and spa treatments to ordering food and drinks to your sun loungers could be organised seamlessly. Yes, the resort is hilly, and perhaps not ideal for those with buggies, but this is a small compromise for the stunning views and layout. And for those who mention language barriers in reviews — remember, you’re visiting another country. Communication was always polite and effective, and the team did their best to accommodate every request. All in all, Club Marvy is a beautiful resort that delivers on every level — excellent service, stunning location, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll absolutely be recommending it to friends and would love to return in the future.
