Club Marvy

Given a room with just a mattress on floor. Like Japanese bed. This was not mentioned. We are both over 70 years old and cannot manage to get up and down like we used to..we both suffer from bad backs and tis was certainly not suitable. Asked to change room ,said no other rooms available would give us a bed riser..the bed riser burden out to be another mattress on top. Was told they would keep an eye fir another suitable room. Day after spoke to manager said they already offered us another room and we had refused. This was not the case. Eventually found us another room . At 6.30 we asked for our luggage to be moved to the new room. Ar 9.30 went to our room ..no luggage transferred..how difficult can this be. You have already ruined the begging of our holiday...no excuses will or can make it better. Otherwise hotel seems ok. 3rd picture is the original mattress 1st picture was the 2 mattresses put together. Middle picture is what we were promised as a bed riser

We all absolutely loved being here! The resort is so clean and well kept, everything is beautifully maintained. However, more importantly, the service team are AMAZING! Nothing is too much trouble, they all care about our experience and we have never been told no… 5 stars are not enough….

Perfect experience, great service. Lovely staff, especially the bartenders! Ece (best bartender in the hotel) made my day with her signature cocktails!
