We spend 12 nights in this hotel with all inclusive care. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. It's a very simple hotel for modest guests who want to enjoy a sunny holiday on the beach and do not require luxury. Most of the guests were turkish families, then some Germans and Russians and people from Slovakia. Our room (103) was very simply and old furbished, but very clean with a small bathroom. There was a daily cleaning, in that way the housekeeping did well. But one day she forgot to give us new towels, other day, she gave us only small towels, other day she forgot to empty the thrash bin, than she did not give us a bottle of water. We also have some plastic bag which we wanted to use for packing the shoes on our departure - and she just took it and used it for the thrash bin in the bathroom. I don't think the houskeeping maid should take guests things, even if it is a sumple plastic bag folded on the table, For the tips we gave her she could do a better job. I tried to complain to the hotel manager, but he did not care much. Food was simple with a big choice of salads and desserts. Most of the meals were tasty, in the afternoon the chef served also some kind of turkish pizza, shich was very delicious. The drinks for all inclusive were served into standard glasses or big plastic cups you could take to the beach, which I really appreciate, because many hotels serve all inclusive drinks only to small plastic cups. The only problem we had with food, was undergrilled chicken we had for one dinner three days before our departure. My mother told me to stop eating it, because she noticed bloody meat at the bone. Well, I had to go to the doctor directly from the airport due to huge problems with my stomach, it was salmonela. So be carefull with grilled meat - the cook tried to do the meat very quickly, because of the long queue of guests waiting for it, so it was underdone. The beach was small equipped with deck chairs and wicker umbrellas. We had no problem to reserve our own, other chairs were also on the grass and at the pool, I think there were enough of them for all the guests. The beach was sandy with a narrow line of small stones at the shore, no problem to go barefeet to the sea. Every day there was a guy maintaining the beach, but he only cleaned the deskchairs, he should also clean the sand, because it was full of dry wood and little branches from the trees, it was very painful to step on them. All the serving staff was very nice and polite, especially the morning kitchen chef Hassan and the girls at the bar. The hotel is also a home of a nice dog and many cats, we've seen also a turtle in the garden. Also the dog visitors from the neighbour beach were very nice and friendly, we enjoyed a lot of fun with them :) The problems with the housekeeping and the underdone food spoiled a bit our nice holiday. But overall we enjoyed it and we can recommend this hotel to other guests :)
We spent 6 days here and had a truly great time overall. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in every situation — special mention to Kaa (apologies if I’m misspelling the name!), who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms are a bit dated, but spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept wonderfully every night. The room itself was spacious, with a balcony and a beautiful green view surrounded by lush vegetation. The food was good and varied, with plenty of vegetables and fruits. Some dishes were a little too spicy for our taste, but knowing we were in Turkey, we embraced it as part of the experience and were brave enough to try new things — no regrets, we always left the table full and satisfied! There are two things worth mentioning that could be improved. First, the beach — the sand wasn’t cleaned very regularly, and getting into the sea meant navigating some rocks and stones that were quite rough on the feet. A bit more sand would go a long way. Second, children’s music was played through the speakers on the terrace where adults were sitting, drinking and smoking. It felt a bit out of place — ideally, there could be a dedicated children’s area, away from alcohol and cigarette smoke, where kids can enjoy their music while adults relax with something more suited to the atmosphere. Overall though, we had a fantastic holiday and would love to return whenever our travels bring us back to Ozdere. Highly recommended!
Absolutely do not recommend this hotel, except the sea nothing having the needed standards. No possibilities to go out as middle of nowhere. Family hotel with limited options. Food tasty, drinks selection sufficient, but not really Turkish standard of all inclusive.
excellent location, staff made us feel very welcome, and couldnt do enough for us during the whole week there. Didnt expect the extra touches ie flowers on our last day. Food we found was fantastic, compliments to the cooks. Rooms was cleaned every day. again very friendly cleaning staff. looking forward to going back next year with whole family..
Booked a two bedroom accommodation for two weeks. This is a long review but it could help someone make their choice On arrival the man at reception took us to a family room with 4 beds in it. We told him we had booked a two room place and he said there would be one available tomorrow when another family moved out. We stood our ground and said we wanted two rooms. We then waited about 3 hours until they sorted it out. Eventually we were taken to the correct accommodation, which was very basic, quite tired looking, but okay. Negatives for this hotel including items as advertised Wifi very poor; Minibar is a not very cold fridge; No table tennis table, no spa. Drinks 11:30 to 23:00 not 11:00 to 23:30 as per the advert No shower holder; Broken shower door ;Broken patio door lock Plastic glasses as they kept running out of proper ones Pressure washing the floors when guests are having a drink Tiny safe not sufficient for valuables Terrible repetitive music every night People smoked everywhere. No smoking areas are not available "Hot" Food always seemed luke warm or even cold and they kept running out of popular dishes. Positives Nice private beach with sunbeds. Shallow clear water. Hotel dog was good for kids. Early morning coffee machine available Daily housekeeping, although a bit late in the day sometimes Apart from the seemingly endless list of negatives, we actually enjoyed our stay as it was very relaxing. There were no other English guests and Turkish and German were the spoken languages. It will help to order drinks etc. if you can speak a little German. I personally would not return to this hotel. 3 star is a bit generous to say the least.
