Ephesia Hotel

Overall just ok. The cleaning staff have to be applauded tho. They were 5 star. Both my children were sick during our stay and they were fabulous. Nothing was her a problem. Staff were lovely. Animation were lovely as well. And very enthusiastic. But overall it was just a bit meh. Very little to do in area. Also shout out to security at the gates. They were lovely as well. It was a long 2 weeks tbh, I was glad to get home and I’ve never felt that before on a holiday. Done a few excursions but the speed at which the car drove was enough to put me off for life. Even after I asked to slow down a bit. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel but would definitely return to Turkey as I found it a beautiful country with friendly and lovely ppl

Honest review, Only been here two days but, the staff are lovely really friendly but don't speak much English but I don't speak Turkish! Not much room around the pool for sun loungers. The hotel doesn't offer ice cream, I have a two old so thats not great. The bar doesn't serve brandy but does have vodka. Around the hotel there isn't many shops or anything. The hotel is tried looking but very clean.

Recently spent 2 weeks at this lovely hotel. Plenty of sunbeds so no 6am rush, food was lovely, especially the burgers and pizzas at the beach bar. The drinks for all inc were lovely, and room was lovely and clean, but basic. All the staff were amazing, cant say much about animation as didnt take part, but one of the team had a voice that was like a boom box , which isnt good when trying to have a snooze on lounger. There was very little shops or bars in walking distance, and had to be reached by bus or taxi but didnt mind atall as the little mini mart nearby had everything. The lifts were at times a bit tempremental but got there in the end. Take kettle if required as none in room. Will definately return and would like to say "thankyou for a lovely holiday"

The staff is very attentive the rooms are clean it is a hotel where you can relax eatting good entertainment good candy ferry alpine ozzy thank you

Booked as a family of 5 with a disabled child. The hotel was clean and tidy and the cleaners do a great job. 3 lifts to all floors however can be slow at busy times. Restaurants are very repetitive and the kids buffet is limited. There is always French fries at every meal including breakfast! Snack bar isn't the best. Had a snack there the 2nd day of our break. It was cold at best and a member of our party was sick and felt ill for the next 24 hours or so. The al a carte restaurant was nice though and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and wishes. Pool area is very cramped and not much space inbetween beds to move around. Very difficult when you have a large disabled pushchair. Some guests were extremely rude when we were moving around the poolside. The grass area offers more space but can be muddy. The animation team seem to do very little work with the guests. 4 or 5 activities during the day if they can be bothered. I do understand we went in September when it's quieter, but when animation are sat at the poolside smoking, on their phones and ignoring guests I felt this was a little rude. The mini disco also needed a bit more enthusiasm! 3 songs, and very little movement from the girls on stage. There is also a lot of stray cats wandering around. This isn't helped by guests feeding them We did have a nice hoi!day though as we did our own things and spent most of the time on the grass or in the pool! was very There are lots of stray cats walking around to!
