Hotel is 1hour and 30 minutes from izmir airport Would i rate this hotel? Not really. Food is the same for breakfast every morning ( I was there 2 weeks and it never changed ) Lunch and dinner leave alot to be desired, out of the 14 nights, there was fish served on at least 10 of them. Staff walk in front of you when carrying food, it is MAYHEM, other guests will literally fall over the top of you to get food from a buffet thats open for 2 hours. They DO NOT cater to British cuisine AT ALL The opening times for dinner were changed from 7pm to 730pm at the end of may, without prior warning or notification to any guests from the hotel Rooms are small and outdated All inclusive drinks menu is very limited Pools are FREEZING; baby pool isnt an acceptable temperature for babies at all Indoor 'heated' pool and i use that term lightly, its not heated. Its as cold as the main pool and was closed multiple times while I was there Turkish bath is advertised as included within the stay, its not, your harassed daily to book packages and when told no, and advised turkish bath is advertised as included with the stay, they arent happy Entertainment team cant be bothered at all, no enthusiasm from them Room was cleaned daily but i also requested this as was travelling with small children, wasn't a bother for the cleaner on my floor A la carte was advertised to be opened on 2nd june... doesnt actually open until the 15th june. We had to go to Ephesia beach as agreement with jet2 The meal was lovely, staff were welcoming and friendly (although they were meant to collect us from the hotel and drop us back off afterwards, never happened) The lifts are like tetris! They are an absolute nightmare, the doors dont completely close, the fans don't work, hold 5 apparently but i would say 3 at a push as they are small inside Overall would I recommend or stay at this hotel again... absolutely not!

I am here at the moment I am English. I have never been made to feel like a foreigner in all the years I have been coming to Turkey like I do now. Entertainment team walk past don’t get asked to join in anything. When the main boss isn’t here they don’t show as much enthusiasm. The hotel is clean and tidy. Not for English people .
