Fantasia Hotel de Luxe

Great hotel. Rooms cleaned every day. The entertainment was brilliant day and night. Entertainment team were excellent especially yaya and ken. Great choice of food. Lovely restaurant next to hotel on the right if u want to eat elsewhere. Also a cheap supermarket 5 min walk to the left. Shop in hotel very expensive for suncream.

Food was sub standard. Staff in snack bar & pool bar were friendly. Room had chips in the glass table tops, wasn’t cleaned properly as dust & parts of the wall all round edge on the carpet. Carpet had stains over it. Same songs on repeat round the pool. Pool was the only good thing. Noise from the road was very loud. Not notified would have to pay for WiFi that dropped in & out. No cash machine in the hotel. Defo not a 5*

We were a bit apprehensive about staying here having read a few negative reviews and having staying here 20 years ago we hoped the hotel lived up to what we remembered . But we loved this hotel ! There have been several medians improvements made since we came last and it appears that the hotel management have reacted to the feedback with the chairs in reception looking like they’ve been refreshed and carpets obviously new in the main corrridors . The reception is a beautiful area with drinks available in dispensers as soon as you walk in . On arrival staff were friendly and Adem explained the which floors we needed to go to for facilities while he helped with our bags . The rooms are clean and spacious with mini bar included and replenished daily . Safe key is 10e deposit although we didn’t use this . Shower gel and shampoo are provided in dispensers and there’s a hairdryer in the bathroom. There’s also a kettle with tea and coffee available in the room , however there are no irons available in the hotel so would recommend taking a travel iron if you don’t want to use the paid laundry service . Towels were changed daily and beds made up . The view from room 444 was beautiful and many rooms offer side sea view . The pool area was spotless and although it can be slippery staff were often seen using a rubber brush to help this. Towels are provided daily with no deposit . We had no problem getting sun beds during our stay . The staff at the pool bar were fabulous! Special mentions for Mehmet , Mustafa & Ismael for their great service! We were really impressed with the iced coffees and slush available too . The view from the pool area was stunning. The beach bar was also excellent staffed by Hlib and the beach was immaculate, although the jetty is no longer in use and needs replacing. The water sports offered at extra charge on the beach were varied and reasonably priced. We had a great time on ‘Big Mabel’ and the jet skis too . Showers and toilets in all areas were clean and well kept . Breakfast is available 7-10am . The food selection was varied and fresh . In the main restaurant omelette and fried eggs were cooked to order at breakfast and there was also a selection of breads, pastries , fruit , cereal and pancakes . Evening meals (7:30-9:30pm) were themed with Mexican night being our favourite! There was always plenty of choice , fresh salads and plentiful desserts . The young waiter Mohammet was attentive and helpful. There is also a snack bar available during the day 12:30-4 pm and ice cream from 1-5pm We used the à la carte restaurant twice during our stay ( think it’s free once per week ) and it was an excellent experience. The assistant food and beverage manager was most attentive and professional. Would definitely recommend. The main bar is open 24hours and there’s also a room on the right of the bar with a billiards table available. The hotel shops were well stocked and reasonably priced , one selling ‘real fakes’ and the other selling souvenirs and toiletries in case you’ve forgotten anything. We did a Turkish bath and massage at the hotel spa and thoroughly enjoyed . Hene was very helpful and also let us know that we could use the spa shower facilities after check out on our last day which was excellent. The animation team were amazing! Especially Kaan and Yaya !! Activities started from 10am with darts , beach volley , water aerobics , ping pong , water volley and of course club dances ! In the evening , shows took place in the amphitheatre at 10pm and consisted mostly of external acts doing dancing , acrobatics or traditional Turkish entertainment. We were very impressed !(There is a mini disco before this for anyone with small children) The hotel is set on a main road but you can’t hear this and taxis are readily available at the gates . A taxi into the centre of Kusadasi takes approx 10 minutes and costs 12e ( we had no issue getting a taxi seating 6 of us ) Would recommend visiting Ephesus and Adaland water park while you’re in this part of Turkey . We had a wonderful stay at Fantasia Hotel De Luxe and would like to thank all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. From arrival to departure, everyone was friendly professional and always happy to help. The reception team was welcoming, housekeeping kept our room spotless, and the restaurant and bar staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel was clean comfortable, and relaxing but what truly stood out was the dedication and kindness of the staff. Thank you all for your hard work and hospitality we hope to return again in the future.

We went in early June 2026 and the hotel was just at a right amount of people!! No issue getting sun loungers at any point of the day, still hot weather and not crowded at all. The entertainment every night was brilliant and mostly external acts. The animation team were so friendly and engaging, and we loved Ken, Yaya, Zehra and Olga! They really made our experience. They were so chatty and fun, so welcoming, and we enjoyed all the activities on offer. The head waiter (unfortunately did not get his name!) at the restaurants was also fantastic. He was constantly on the ball with getting us drinks straight away, making sure everything was fresh and topped up, and the à la carte restaurant experience was lovely - definitely recommend! The selection of ice cream in the afternoons was also a major plus in the heat :) The bar staff were also amazing, particularly the gentlemen working at the pool bar - they made the best drinks and were so friendly. Rooms were also very clean with sheets and mini bar refreshed daily, which was also included for no charge. We also came out one morning and the carpets in the hallway were being shampooed - so the regular maintenance for hygiene here was spot on! Highly recommend this hotel, especially at this time of year as you still get the fabulous holiday but with less crowding.
