Fantasia Hotel de Luxe

The hotel is good. The food is also good en the view from the hotel room is amazing. The staff is very kind! I like the temperature of the swimming Pool.

It was a nice experience in this hotel. But the beds are hard and we booked a 3 person room with 2 beds and got 1 stretcher. The staff and animation are super friendly and kind.

Unfortunately, the photos on www.vakantiediscounter.nl (photo included) don't do the hotel justice. The pier is completely ruined. And besides, there are no houses or huts on the hotel, which we always liked. Upon arrival early in the morning around 7:30 am (night flight), we had to wait a long time for a room and couldn't get in until around noon. By reception, no floorplan, very small information. Besides the fact that the minibar should be stocked daily, it wasn't, and you'll be without it for a few days. The evening program is very limited and poorly executed; there's no show or entertainment in the outdoor amphitheater. The furniture is very old and hard! And actually, by Turkish standards, it's bad that you have to pay for Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (as an EU citizen), and that there's only free Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby. It's nice that you get a surprise package for your birthday!

The hotel is supposedly 5 star it certainly doesn't deserve that.The food wasn't very good.They don't seem to cater for the English I'm prepared to try Turkish food as that is where we are but lot left a lot to be desired.Mostly it was cold with tureen lids broke or left open.There were cats roaming around the dining room and even kittens jumping on the tables looking for food.The bar area is dark and my husband tripped over the steps and hurt his leg and head.The music is so loud you can't hear yourself talk asked one day if they would turn it down and when our back was turned they laughed and turned it up louder.Asked again as our friend has tinnitus and it really effects him badly.Was served by a young bar person for a drink and she just banged them on the counter she was very surly and wouldn't answer my question just walked away.The hotel is very dated and some furniture needs replacing.The entertainment was non existent and when they did manage to put something on it didn't start till 10 at night and it was outside when it was very cold

Amazing experience. Went as a group of 34 for my mum’s 50th and the staff were so attentive and accommodating. Hotel premises is really pretty and the rooms are clean. Food is great too with a lot of variety. Really good venue for events or big group holidays - the hotel event team were so easy to communicate with and executed everything as requested. Lots of activities on the premises too and about 15/20mins by taxi to the town centre. Only cons of the place are that you have to pay for WiFi and that couples couldn’t have double/king rooms and were given twin instead. All in all a really amazing experience.
