The animation part was amazing, and Lilith made it even better. She was incredibly energetic, friendly, and engaging. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm created such a great atmosphere and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

I think this hotel has not decided fully what identity it wants to have. It came across to me as a family hotel and so I booked it as such. It promotes family activities but the majority of entertainment around the pool was aimed at adults. We now have a teenager and wanted something special for her. I had read that hotels in Turkey were brilliant for teens, so I researched and found this hotel had a teen club (it was advertised on their website). A while after I booked the website updated. I used their messenger service and confirmed twice directly with them that there was a teen club. On third party sites it said their teen club ran lots of activities including DJ training clubs. When we got there, there was no teen club. The only thing customer relations said was - we'll update the information. Which was of no use to us and here we are weeks later and their own chatbot still states they have a teen club. We were told she could just take part in the activities around the pool but she made several attempts to do this and kept being told they were for adults only. She gave up and went into herself, we then had to go on many trips costing us hundreds more to keep her entertained. As for the kids club my 10 year old went to go to it as it said on their app that darts were being played and he was eager to make friends. When my husband brought him down he said it sounded like nursery rhymes were being played in there and no darts on. They walked outside and saw darts but when they approached it was again just adults but that group wasn't supposed to start for another hour. It seems like it is aimed at much younger children. The hotel itself I found to be beautiful, the main common areas were constantly being cleaned (the rooms only seemed to have the floors cleaned and towels changed. Our bedsheets weren't changed in 10 days as there was a mark on them when we arrived and it was still there when we left). The bedrooms are spacious and the fridges are filled daily which is a great touch. I thought the food was lovely especially in the Mexican restaurant - I would highly recommend visiting here. The majority of staff we dealt with were lovely and friendly. The pastry shop is gorgeous the only negative here is that the cakes aren't labelled and having to ask the server to explain what each cake is got lost in translation and they couldn't tell us what they were. My son loved the milkshakes from the milkshake shack downstairs. The evening entertainment some nights was very good but others weren't great. A lot of the shows included fabulous dancers in little costumes that I thought were lovely but my son said they were inappropriate for children. This is what I mean by they seem confused with their identity, the nighttime shows are more aimed at adults than families. Aside from the pools there is not much for children to do except for the days they have foam parties or the kids fest. There was plenty of sunbeds when we were there. Only the beds immediately by the pool get full quickly but we'd arrive at random times throughout the day and there was always dozens of beds free. The bars all serve wonderful drinks but once the entertainment ends there is no real atmosphere in them. My children ended up going to the room early and just going back on their electronics which is what we didn't want on their holidays. As I am only used to Spain/Portugal all-inclusive hotels I had never experienced ultra all-inclusive and I will admit I am a fan, especially the 24 hour pastry shop. This hotel could be amazing if they just tweaked a few things, namely a kids club that suits older children as well as adding a teen club to keep them off their electronics.

We stayed in June as a family of 4 booked through jet2 holidays. The hotel and rooms are very spacious, you never have to battle for a seat in the lobby or bars as there is so many options. The staff are fantastic, can’t do enough for you, friendly and helpful and hard working. The hotel is spotlessly clean, even the outdoor and pool areas which are harder to keep clean throughout the day. The drinks are amazing, branded drinks including beefeater gin and Smirnoff vodka. The lobby and Tokyo bars were the best for cocktails. Food was good. Lots of options to suit even plain eaters. The à la cartes were also fantastic, we visited the Mexican and Asian which we enjoyed. They accommodated our son’s needs with plain food without sauce etc. the snack bar at the pool was great for lunch, we only realised on the second last day you can order items to the table such as chicken salads and tenders and pizzas. Entertainment was good and activities fun throughout the day. Special mention to Klein who was lovely! Loved the fact there were no sunbed wars, plenty of sun beds for everyone and hotel will relive towels if reserved early in the morning which made the mornings stress free! They were also cleaned every night and really comfortable with a little pillow. The only negatives I found was…. There are not many things for kids to do in the evening. The ping pong table was always occupied and you have to pay to play pool, which in my opinion should be free of charge at a 4 star plus hotel. My son became ill and had to attend a doctor and this was arranged by the hotel, I was told no charges and we would be looked after. We had to claim our insurance for him to receive a Prescription (excess) and also for the meds. I appreciate this is the set up but there should be more honesty/ transparency regarding this and guests should not be misled. I can only assume the hotel benefit from the guests who are referred to the private hospital. Overall we loved the hotel and would recommend it based on what we paid.
