Marbel Hotel by Palm Wings

Hello to everyone at the Marbel. We would just like to say Thank You for our last holiday. The improvements and remodeling of the bar/pool area was lovely. It really opened up the pool balcony. Food as always was great - very much to our taste. We are looking to return in May 26 - we heard about the 5th floor renovations. Look forward to seeing what has been happening over the winter months. We have also made arrangements to meet our new Dutch friends in October - so we shall have two trips next year! The hotel is terrible. It is a shame I can’t give 0 stars. To start of with we paid extra money to get not a standard room but we got a standard room, when we questioned it at the reception they played dumb and didn’t change it until we contacted loveholidays and they got involved. Staff is terrible there, they barely speak any English, some of them actually don’t speak English at all, they are rude. The hotel is located in the residential area around some random blocks of flats. Is disgusting. Swimming pool is little we have been there end of sep so end of season but if it would have been middle of season there would not be enough sun beds for all guests. Umbrellas in swimming area were taken by staff each day because they were so old and during tiny wind were braking. Food is disgusting and I mean in. Food did not even have any English names of the dishes displayed. Wi fi didn’t work on our arrival and later on when it did it was terrible. Car park is little plus people from blocks of flats around park their cars there so maybe like 7- max 10 spaces were available.. honestly even the town itself is like a homeless town, do not go there, there is nothing to enjoy. Please have a look at the photos form the bathroom - and we say this is 4star hotel ? DISGUSTING!! Never again!

I spent 5 Days at the Marbel, I went as Solo Female under 35 and I can honestly say the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Room was clean and tidy all the time, the cleanliness was great on a whole around the resort. Location was great for me, as I like to walk down to the main centre which is only a 20-25 minute walk away. Taxis and Dolmuches (Buses) are super cheap to get you to places near to the centre. The Dolmuches (Buses) you can grab at the top just past the bus depot, along the main road. Taxis the hotel reception staff will happily book one for you or again just a short walk to a taxi rank opposite the bus depot/station. I went at end of season so it was a much calmer atmosphere but it was great, I made friends and sat with them some nights in the hotel lobby or at the pool bar on a night drinking Cocktails and what not. Just one thing that’s is poor is there is NO Entertainment other than bingo which to had to pay for which was only €5 which isn’t bad but it wasn’t the best from what I was told from other holiday makers, so definitely not worth it. Food was great, with a variety of choice at all meal times. Drinks again first all inclusive I’ve been too where cocktails were included. Few tips and pointers, There’s a Market on nearby / next to the carefore supermarket which is brilliant for all you handbags, hoodies and shoes etc. Again such a short walk from the hotel it’s brilliant. All in all had a lovely 5 day solo trip, felt very at ease and safe on my own there, everyone was super friendly. I would recommend staying here if you don’t mind being a bit out of the centre, however due to this being a last minute, just want to lay on a sun lounger for the duration it was great. 😊

We arrived shortly before lunch time, to be greeted by two lovely ladies on the reception, they spoke perfect English and always smiled, Check in was quick and efficient with rooms spread for us, they where bright and roomy with everything you required, barring tea & coffee making facilities, which we knew prior, The pool area was small but with ample sun loungers, tables and chairs, The staff at both the bars, snack bar and in the restaurant were second to none, they were amazing with nothing to much trouble at all, The food had a great variation with piping hot Bain Marie’s it was lovely, salad bar , sweets and fresh fruit was readily available, The local drinks were also very good and the beer kept consistently throughout the stay, must give a big shout out to our cleaner on the 2 nd floor she was superb, and not forgetting the big feller in the office /reception , a very pleasant man, Would we stay again, most definitely and are looking now to re- book for next year, Thank you all , Terry & Liz 🙏

We had such an amazing stay at Marbel Hotel! Aysel and Kadir were absolutely wonderful, so helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their manager, Ogy , was also so lovely! He even helped us find a great karaoke place and came along with us, which made the night even more fun. Inanc was also so welcoming and ready to help. The lady that cleaned our room was also so amazing and did an incredible job. Such a great team, they made our trip so memorable. Highly recommend this hotel!
