Shocking experience Food terrible , raw ineadable luke warm and flies everywhere Cats everywhere The hotel should a 2 star at most .

I really hope you take what i say on board as your hotel has such potential. Pros- The hotel itself was fine, clean room, affordable, staff were friendly. The food and drink were basic but very fresh. I didn't mind the location. It was a cheap taxi ride into town. Cons You really need to invest and start to spay and neuater the cats, so they can not keep having kittens constantly. I love cats, and it was nice to see everyone looking after and feeding them, but its not nice that they are left to multiply constantly. What happens when the hotel is closed? They will suffer. There is a local vet / charity called ARK in the kusadsi town, which can help with neutering the cats and also vaccinate them. I think the hotel guests would prefer if you took this approach as it would show you care about them. The lifts could do with cleaning up as they look very dated and damaged The sunbeds and pool area need to be hosed down each evening as they are sticky and attract a lot of flies. I would stay here again if I felt like they cared for the cats more and had them neutered.

I had the best experience staying at this hotel — it was so beautiful, clean, and comfortable! The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful or friendly; they really made my stay special. There was so much to do — multiple swimming pools, a fun games room, a relaxing spa, a well-equipped gym, even a hairdresser and a clothes shop right beside the hotel. I booked the all-inclusive package, and it was definitely worth it! There was such a great variety of food to choose from — something for everyone, from adventurous eaters to picky ones like myself. There were also plenty of options for kids, which was lovely to see. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone, and I’ll definitely be going back!

This was one of the best holidays. The animation made the holiday 100 times better there was always things to do. Alex, lionel, Hanna, and mario was really nice and always made everybody laugh. They get everyone involved in activities and made the experience so much fun!

Pros: An amazing experience. We had a huge suite for 3 of us at the end of one block and facing the sea. The view was spoilt by the stage and the concrete lamp posts. The all inclusive food was the best I've ever had either in a hotel or on a cruise, both hot and cold. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the service immaculate. Cons: the Lobby Bar was dreadful, like being in a different hotel. Noisy, chaotic, overcrowded, and full of kids running around - and that was in October! Unfortunately the hotel does not have another bar open at night, and there are no bars outside the hotel. The only other option is to catch a dolmus into Kusadasi, every 15 minutes costing 25TL, right outside the hotel. The A La Carte restaurant should have been a treat - the food was fantastic - but other tables had badly behaved children screaming, shouting, and running around.
