Hotel is lovely and modern. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is okay but not the best. Wasn’t too fussed if I’m honest. We were a big family of 8 and I have to say we had the best week of our lives. The lifeguard Senol needs a huge special mention. He made me and my family’s holiday even better. He is one of the best ones there. He remembered all our names and even played with us Around the slide area while also doing his job properly. He managed to sneak up on me a few times and get me soaking wet too which was absolutely great. If you’re scared about doing any of the slides he will genuinely reassure you and tell you it’s absolutely fine. I was so so scared to do one of the slides but Senol reassured me and told me everything was absolutely fine. He really knows how to do his Job properly. ⭐ Very disappointing – would not return I honestly wish I’d listened to the negative reviews before booking. Google gives this hotel 4.4 and TripAdvisor 4.7, but our experience was nowhere near that standard. The hotel feels tired, grimy and poorly maintained. The corridors, lifts and carpets looked dirty and worn, giving the whole place an unkempt feel. The inside bar has limited seating and very little atmosphere. We also saw guests vaping inside the property. The food was extremely disappointing — Brussels sprouts and stew at breakfast, very watered-down drinks, and the wine was so acidic and unpleasant it was difficult to drink. There were flies around the fruit, bread and salad. Tables were dirty and dining chairs filthy. Our bathroom had mould, and the dining-room view was straight onto an unfinished building site. The entertainment team appeared to have favourite guests, giving them most of the attention while largely ignoring others. We were even blanked in the restaurant. It also seemed that certain guests were being encouraged to give compliments/reviews, which made the whole thing feel very selective. We also had a short power and water outage, and reception were very sharp when we reported that our toilet wasn't flushing. The lifeguards were a real mixed bag. The lifeguard at the children's pool was excellent — attentive, responsible and clearly doing his job properly. However, the lifeguard at the Sunset Pool was a completely different story. He spent hours sitting behind the shed, smoking and on his phone rather than actively watching the pool. Given that he was responsible for pool safety, I found this very concerning. What really surprised me was how many other guests we spoke to had exactly the same complaints about the food, cleanliness and general standard. Yet the online rating is extremely high. There also seemed to be a pattern of negative reviews being followed by a flurry of very positive reviews, which made me question how representative the overall rating really is. For us, this simply did not feel like a 4-star hotel. There are better places to stay. Next time, we'd spend more and book a 5-star. I genuinely wish I had looked beyond the headline ratings before booking. Would not return.

Great staff, tasty food, clean environment. Would recommend to stay here if you want nice holidays

Lovely staff helped carry suitcases to our room on arrival , Food is standard, all fresh tho , Pool very clean , lifeguard on duty at all times , Entertainment is great for families , Hanna is very friendly will come and chat with you and help you out .

Would recommend it to everyone. Clean enviroment, friendly and helpful staff, good quality food and great evening shows
