Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Kusadasi

Just returned from a week at Ramada Hotel and Suites with ny husband and 3 kids, 19, 17 and 16. We had an amazing time. There was always plenty of choice for food, room was huge and always cleaned daily. The best part though was the Animation team who were outstanding every day. Alex, Hannah and Mario made our trip with activities around the pool every day. Would definitely come back.

We have recently returned from Ramada suites as a group of 10, 8 adults and 2 children aged 3&4. Check in at the hotel was super quick and we were provided a snack by the totel due to us missing the available food. This consisted of a apple and sandwich- we didn't eat this as we had eaten on the plane but it was a nice touch. In our room we also had a 1.5L bottle of water and a number of soft drinks in the fridge. Our room itself was 7413 located above the main pool snack bar. Our view looked out onto a neighbouring hotel but still had a partial see view. The room itself was a 1 bedroom apartment which had everything you could need. The room was always kept spotless by the maids- they did a fantastic job during our stay. The safe was easy to set up and use which was great and the bed was large and comfortable. Air conditioning in the room also nice and ice cold- perfect for when you've spent a day around the pool. We had no issues with the hotels food however we regularly skipped breakfast as we like a lie in, but you can still grab stuff upto 10am. We mainly used the 2 snack bars for lunch also and whilst they were repetitive, the food was always cooked well and plentiful. Only grip I had was the dinner service, it could get very busy around the food stations especially the live cooking. Perhaps extending the dinner time would help this because at present its only a 2 hour window for dinner? The entertainment staff at the hotel were great, they would regularly stop and chat and they were not pushy in regards to activities. We spent the majority of our days down at the pool with the slides, lifeguards always around the pool and really friendly. Plenty of sunbeds when we went at various times of the day. The music around the pool was nice, just don't get a sunbed under the speaker if you want a conversation as we found out one day 🤣. The bar staff at all bars were always polite and great fast service- vanilla iced coffee was great. Only issue was the sprite/lemonade at the lobby bar always tasted like there was no syrup- i didn't drink it but cocktails that included it often made them taste poor. The waiting staff around the lobby bar were great, always clearing tables and even taking drinks orders. There was a few singers and a disco at the lobby bar in the evening which was nice also. We stayed for 2 weeks at the hotel but liked to venture out so only probably had 5 evenings at the hotel and the rest were out. Lots of bars/resturants offer free pick up and drop off if you book with them for a meal or drinks which was great and saved us getting taxis. Murphys bar and resturant was fantastic, food great and reasonably priced and a great atmosphere for the 2 England games we watched there. Also resturant Hong Kong was also a great meal- these both offer pick up/drop off and they have reps in the hotel who can book this for you. The main town is a 6-7 min taxi ride depending on traffic and there is a multitude of shops/bars/resturants- we visited day and night over the 2 weeks and were still finding new things even on the last day! Great excuse to come back. Overall we had a fantastic stay in kusadasi and at the ramada suites, 100% reccomend and look forwards to returning in the future.

The best part of the hotel is definitely the animation team, especially Hanna and Mario. They were absolutely fantastic friendly, energetic, and amazing with the children. The mini disco was a highlight every evening, and the entertainment throughout our stay was brilliant. They really helped make our holiday enjoyable.

Very confortable, kind and helpful staff, very good and various food, nice entertainment staff and program. It worthes every money you pay for the holiday. We recommend it! Türkiye is a very welcoming destination!!!
