Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Today is our 21st wedding anniversary, and we were very happy to celebrate this special occasion here. The hotel provided us with a beautiful and memorable experience that we will always cherish. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the hotel management for their excellent leadership and attention to guest satisfaction. We also deeply appreciate every member of the staff. Everyone was kind, respectful, professional, hardworking, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The rooms, facilities, food, and overall atmosphere were excellent, and everything was well organized. We truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and dedication. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, and we look forward to returning again in the future.

Currently coming home from this hotel, very dirty hotel my room hadn't been propertly cleaned in 7 days, the lift glass and floor also hadn't been cleaned in 7 days first room tried putting us in the room had a very hard sofa bed when complained that it's hard they put a mattress protector on top my 75 year old mum couldn't walk the next door, and the balcony was full of flying ants broken window and balcony gate wouldn't lock, same food not very tasty lots of cats begging, unpleasant staff mainly femeles watered down pop, hotel very run down, went to al la cart give that 1 star, also jet2 transfer broke my wheel on my expensive suitcase and if that wasn't bad enough we continued to explain to jet2 rep we had a lot of extra suitcase so transfer was larger to which it came and struggled to find space and the driver was very abrupt,

Booked family of 6 2 adults 4 children got given 2 separate rooms in different buildings there was a 38yr old man and 2 younger guys outside kids room when told security was told to keep an eye on them myself the 38yr old guy was previously escorted from swimming pool area previous day drunk and drunk again on this occasion staff didn't seem to mind and the guys continued to walk around hotel in early hours of the morning these girls are 15 and I couldn't rest all night worrying my kids over in a different building wouldn't recommend this hotel as they seem to think this behaviour is perfectly fine plus bathrooms are disgusting kids sleep on sofa bed on floor absolutely disgraceful hotel

Had a brilliant holiday here. We spent 10days and loved it. The entertainment team were brilliant and very engaging. The food was good and there was always something to eat. We enjoyed the late dinner as we could have a snack etc before going to bed. The pool area was always clean and tidy. Sun beds were sometimes hard to get as people reserve them early, but we always managed to find somewhere to sit.

Hotel was lovely, good range of food in the restaurants. Staff were so nice and helpful. Entertainment team were brilliant. Will definitely be back
