Surtel Hotel

The staff were extremely indifferent and unhelpful. Whenever you reported an issue to the staff, they would say that they would take care of it, but they never actually resolved the problem. They seemed to have no concern whatsoever. The room and bathroom were very dirty, and the pool did not appear to be cleaned at all. The food was stale. A staff member named Hasret behaved in a highly inappropriate and disturbing manner.

The location is fantastic. Close to shops, restuarants, 50 yards fron the sea. The cleanliness of the hotel is first rate. I was all inclusive and for the money the food was very good. Variety of food excellent especially the breakfast. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason i did not give 5,/5 is because it is close to local nightclub which can result in it being noisey between 10 pm and 6am. I have booked to return in September. Great value for money.

Tired 1980’s style hotel in need of updating. Room 301 had an incredible sea view and super close to centre and all local amenities. Be aware that the car park, whilst relatively close is incredibly steep and you take a chance in not getting stuck if you have a low profile car.
