Guest relations ipek…very helpful. Amazing hotel and staff. Highly highly recommend. Grill section has the best food. Rooms are clean and cleaned everyday.

Had a great experience here, restaurant food was great and had loads of variety, very clean and staff are lovely. The sunset beach bar had great staff too and great atmosphere. Bartender named Yasin served me multiple times and was very hospitable. Rooms were spacious and balcony view was great. 10/10

This is such a wonderful place. Everything about it is of exceptional quality. The food, the rooms, and most importantly, the staff are all fabulous, friendly, and genuinely caring, not only towards the guests but also towards the wild animals that live on the grounds. A special thank you to Ipek and Savas from Guest Relations, and to Seval, who took such great care of us at every meal. Their kindness and attention made our stay even more memorable. This is the second time we’ve spent our holiday here, and we will definitely be returning again next year. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful hotel. Friendly family feel with so many great facilities. The staff are so lovely and attentive and kind. The place is spotless everywhere you go. Our room was clean and modern. The gardens are gorgeous. The entertainment programme is varied and so much to do. We have enjoyed the food. The à la carte Turkish taverna meal was a real highlight. I was so happy to be able to try some of the dishes again on Turkish night because they are delicious! Our children have multiple food allergies and we have found the labelling very useful and were given an allergy card for each child detailing their needs. Great service at all bars and the kids enjoyed the swim up, the Caribbean and the sunset bar ordering their mocktails! Don’t want to go home! It’s a relaxing place but plenty of energy when you want it. The waterpark is excellent fun for all ages. The TUI reps go out of their way to include everyone and make the activities fun. They are really talented entertainers and my children have adored watching them! They put on a special night to watch the footy with face paints and balloons. The beach party had an amazing vibe for the time we stayed. The children enjoyed the kids club session saying the staff were kind and my middle child is difficult to please 😆 my eldest has a new found love of beach volleyball - everyone was v patient with him as he was a newbie! My youngest has developed a love of the stage and dance and the reps were so kind with her! So glad we found a good deal for this place. It’s been such a lovely extended week and over far too fast! It’s always a sign of a good holiday when you’re not ready to leave…. Thank you to all for making our holiday an amazing break.
