Unique Residence Hotel Golf and Spa

We visited this hotel last year and really enjoyed it, the food, room and entertainment were fansastic, however last year the annimation team didnt meake any effort with my children (not really an issue as i didnt book the holiday to send my kids to the kids club i wanted to spend time as a family) we enjoyed it so much so we decided to come again this year. This year it has been the absolute opposite, food disappointing the rooms had multiple issues with water going on and off as was the electricity, the oven also began smoking when trying to use it so we were also unable to cook food we had bought. However the animation lady named Zeynebbb, absolutely made the holiday for our children, she learnt their names and made an effort to play and interact with them and involvement in everything she could. She is an absolute of the place. If only she could be cloned and work in the bars also as the bar staff usually very unhappy to take cocktail requests. (Apart from around 2 bar staff who had a smile on their faces)

Entertainment is excellent very good for children expecially Zeyneb, food good loveley hotel brilliant holiday

The hotel itself is a very nice place, the food is good and the animation team is friendly, Zeyneb is a real kind person and she make sure you have a nice holiday by talking with you. I will definitely come back again

The hotel is everything a tourist need for a good holiday, the animation team js good especially the girl called Zeyneb. This make me want to come back to this hotel next year!

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I absolutely loved everything about it! The hotel is beautifully built in the mountains, surrounded by breathtaking nature and incredible scenery. Waking up every morning to such beautiful views was truly special and made the whole experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well designed, with a wonderful atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed and connected to nature. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, who were fantastic and made our days even more enjoyable. Atakan in particular was amazing! He was always friendly, energetic, and made sure everyone was having a great time. His manager isa also doing a great job leading such a wonderful team. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and created some really beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, beautiful scenery, great entertainment, and friendly staff. I can’t wait to come back! 🌿🏔️❤️
