Unique Residence Hotel Golf and Spa

AVOID ! Having visited in 2020 and had an excellent stay, the hotel has been taken over and is no longer an excellent place to stay. We booked 3 rooms for family holiday and 1 room was not in the same vicinity. One room was not cleaned throughout the stay and despite informing reception, the towels were eventually changed, but the bed was not made, nor was the bedding changed, nor were the bins emptied! There was limited availability from the cocktail list - those that were available, were poor. The golf course is no longer part of the hotel chain - despite being advertised as a Golf & Spa resort - and the owners left end of December 2025, and the course and amenities are on their last legs! No functioning clubhouse (which was a fabulous place to eat in 2020). Hotel were not accommodating when wanting to book golf.

Its was amazing stay at unique resort. Amazing rooms, quite a amazing service a very courtesy staff and amazing place to spend time on a short holiday.

The hotel itself is beautiful, luxurious, and perfectly maintained. The rooms were spotless, spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. Every detail in the room was carefully designed, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The housekeeping team also did an amazing job every single day. The restaurant deserves special praise because the food was outstanding. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. There was a fantastic variety of dishes, and everything we tried exceeded our expectations. The chefs clearly put a lot of passion into their cooking, and the dining experience was one of the highlights of our holiday. What truly made this hotel unforgettable was the entertainment team. Borat, Atakan, Fırat, and İrem were absolutely fabulous — always energetic, friendly, professional, and making sure every guest had an amazing time. Their positive energy created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. They worked incredibly hard every day and made our holiday extra special with their activities and entertainment programs. A huge thank you also goes to the entertainment manager, Isa, for leading such a fantastic team and creating such a wonderful atmosphere for guests. We would also like to mention the night manager, Yılmaz, who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality and attention to guests were truly appreciated. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations. Amazing rooms, delicious food, outstanding staff, and one of the best entertainment teams we have ever experienced. We cannot wait to return again!

Such an amazing hotel, especially the entertainment team! They are sooo hard working and energetic, incredibly friendly and do so much to make sure everyone feels welcomed and special. Special shout out to Borat my Turkish bestie now! And also aleyna, she is lovely!
