3-4☆ We came with low expectations as we'd read recent reviews, which are very mixed. Overall we enjoyed the holiday with nice room in pines, maybe we were lucky. We felt it was good value for what we paid for 10 nights AI at the height of the season. The whole site is a little unique (forgive the pun) given size and mix of overseas holidaymakers and local's that own accomodation. Food - Average food sometimes only warm (common feedback) / no themed nights and food very similar everyday. Beach - we didn't go to the beach so can't comment but queue was very long each day. Pools - we didnt go around the main pool at all as we preferred the quieter pools. The main pool area is pretty crammed and noisy but depends what you prefer. We stayed by the pools at the Pines, the waterfall pool was our favourite. Rooms - we booked a 2 bed 2 bathroom accommodation and were pleasantly surprised by the size (albeit weren't expecting bunk beds so daughter slept in kitchen/lounge area). It also had a washing machine so was handy. Cleaning - we did have a cleaner every two days but she didn't appear to do a thorough clean. Towels changed but different amounts left when they did change them. Our bed was changed but kids beds weren't. Glass wasn't clean all around the hotel and on our balcony. Towels were stained and bedsheets had holes. Bars - main bar was busy and only one serving most of the time. Pool bar at pines served food too but was average and depended who you got but service was mixed. Staff - some staff worked hard but I would say the majority didn't and would benefit from customer service training. Luckys/Hong Kong restaurants - both enjoyable in different ways and mixes up the holiday away from the hotel site. But both around £150 for 4 people (no alcohol) so reasonably expensive (but free transport included makes it much better value). We thought the holiday was good value for money but we would say more between 3 and 4☆ overall, pushing closer to 4☆. Customer's thoughts will depend a lot on their expectations and in context of what was paid for the holiday.

Despite some negative reviews about the rooms, ours was honestly the best room I’ve ever stayed in! While housekeeping only came once during our 6-night stay, the room was fully equipped to look after yourself—it had a vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, kettle, and toaster. ​The Good: ​Cleanliness: The hotel in general was spotlessly clean. Staff were constantly sweeping, and in the restaurants and poolside, dirty plates and cups were cleared away almost immediately. ​Pools & Vibe: The main pool entertainment was great, but if you wanted a quieter day, there were plenty of other pools to choose from. ​Food & Drinks: Food was available everywhere, from main meals to snacks and cakes. Drink queues were small and moved quickly thanks to the multiple bars. ​On-Site Shopping: The clothing, shoe, and handbag shop on-site was brilliant value—e.g., £10 for kids' outfits and £15 for trainers (the same prices as main town shops). ​Excursions & Off-Site Dining: The trip to the Hong Kong Restaurant in Kuşadası is well worth it! The food was lovely, and you get around 2 hours to shop in Kuşadası town. ​The Downsides & Things to Know: ​Mini-Market Prices: The location is a bit isolated, so you’re reliant on the mini-market, which feels unnecessarily extortionate. Expect to pay around €5 for a 1L fruit juice, €17 for armbands, and €30 for pool inflatables. ​Beach Transfers: Note that beach transfers must be booked by 11:00 AM the day before you want to go! ​Top Tip: Great hotel overall! Pack your own pool inflatables/armbands, book your beach transfer early, and definitely take advantage of the trip into Kuşadası.

Room - large spacious 2 bedroom duplex 2 large balconies but unfortunately could not use. Balcony on lower level broken chairs did not feel safe sitting in them Balcony on top floor. Filthy. Unusable table and chairs thick with dirt. Floor never swept or cleaned. Disgusting unusable space Housekeeping- changed beds once in a week never swept or mopped floors until last day and she was never away pestering to come in and clean Food - standard all inclusive ok if you like cold food Oaks pool area - toilets were disgusting never saw anyone clean it check the during the day Kids enjoyed the pool and bar staff were ok Kids on electric scooters nightmare. Accident waiting to happen how they have never knocked anyone over I will never know. Racing around the sun loungers where young children are. Massively understaffed in ARGEON bar always long queues to get a bit very good drink . Cocktails rubbish Overall We came to see family and first time we had stayed here all inclusive Will not be staying again Not 4 star Scraping a 3 Think twice before booking this hotel

Best bartender in turkey, always smiling and friendly. Made our holiday around the pool with his special cocktails

If you’re coming here expect rude staff and not being able to go to the beach. We have queued every day since Saturday to be able to book the shuttle down, only to be told it’s full every day. Unless you get there three hours early to be first in the queue expect to be turned away. Today was the final straw. Emily (guest relations) just said “no. It’s July get a taxi”. This is supposed to be part of our all inclusive package. Absolute disgrace. Won’t be coming here again. Which is a shame as the apartments and complex are brilliant. Some staff are friendly but the majority are just plain rude. Food is standard all inclusive and readily available and drinks are free flowing. Really annoyed as this has just put a serious downer on our holiday.
