Great service beauitful place. Very chill and clean. Great place for families with kids. Room are super nice and big. The three receptionist was also great. Miss thao,miss tien and miss hoa provide the best service. Thank you for the stay.

This was our second time coming back, and once again, it was a truly enjoyable experience. The facilities are especially great for families with kids. The famous indoor water park is definitely a highlight, while the infinity pool on the rooftop offers an amazing view. Everything feels spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable family stay. What made this visit even more memorable, however, was the exceptional attention to detail from the team — especially Duty Manager Tùng. From arranging an early check-in to preparing a lovely birthday cake for our little girl. What impressed us even more was his genuine follow-up throughout our stay, checking in on our real-time satisfaction. A big thank you as well to Phương Thảo for the nice first touch here, Huyền and Phương Anh for their attentive and caring service. Their warmth and thoughtfulness truly added to the experience. A great hotel for families with children. My family has two children, aged 7 and 10, and they really enjoyed the water park and wanted to spend the whole day there. Another big plus is the Japanese restaurant and the breakfast buffet. There are plenty of choices, and the food is suitable for the whole family. A special thanks to Nhung, who took very good care of us and was always friendly and helpful. She was happy to assist whenever I had any questions. Highly recommended for families with children!
