I would like to express my gratitude to Mikazuki Resort for creating unforgettable memories with my family in Da Nang, Vietnam. Both the parents and children gave the highest praise, and I liked that all the facilities and programs were family-friendly. The room condition was very satisfying, and all the staff were friendly, so I think it will be even more memorable.

I would like to highly recommend the hotel. Excellent experience! Very high standard rooms, perfect service, everyone is very kind and professional and willing to help with any request. In particular, I would like to highly praise Anh Hoa (Rosie) who was wonderful, helped us with everything we asked for, gave us excellent service in an extraordinary way, she was amazing! The hotel was blessed with a dedicated and professional employee like Hoa. There is no doubt that when we return to Vietnam and Da Nang - we will be happy to stay at the hotel again.

The Melon bingsu, served inside the melon itself, was visually striking and took me by surprise. It was both beautiful to look at and delicious. The staff Hien, Nhung, Phuong, and Ly were friendly and professional. I would like to thank them for the excellent service.

Amazing experience, highly recommend this place. Thao Tien looked after my family and I including our 20 months old baby. She went out of her way to ensure our trip was smooth and she is an asset to the property.
