EMM Hotel Hoi An

First time here, received a nice friendly welcome with information given on arrival. It’s clean, tidy and a great location as near to town and beach. There are bicycles to use which help you get around quicker. The pool and gym are adequate. The breakfast has a great variety of healthy options along with classics. Nice long timings. Bar and dining is not bad for a lazy evening. Spa offers a good range of pampering treatments although hotel prices still cheaper than home.

One of the most beautiful and thoughtful hotel that I have visited up til now. Bill Bensly hasn’t disappointed me so far! Very nice pools. Mostly friendly staff that speaks both Vietnamese and english.

A lovely stay at this hotel. The staffs we're very friendly, welcoming and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Great location and pleasant atmosphere. The only small point for improvement is that the floor could have been cleaner.

Very good hotel neet staff was very friendly and helpful

I checked in with a friend and, as I live in Da Nang, I unfortunately forgot to bring my passport with me. The male receptionist wearing glasses was unnecessarily rude when I asked about checking in without my passport. I completely understand that the hotel may have a policy requiring identification, but there was no need to communicate it in such a dismissive and unfriendly manner. A simple, polite explanation would have been perfectly acceptable. What made the interaction even more frustrating was that, after initially refusing, he accepted another form of ID and the visa when my friend requested it. If an alternative form of identification was acceptable, I’m not sure why the initial response had to be so rude. Policies can be explained professionally and respectfully, especially in hospitality. I hope the management reviews this interaction, as the attitude of one front-desk employee can significantly affect a guest’s first impression of a property.
