Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai

This is a beautiful hotel. The room stayed in was actually a small villa. It was huge, very luxurious and came complete with massive double bed and an outside shower (fully private, thanks to the high walls). The pool was idyllic, instagramable. All of the staff were so helpful, efficient and kind. I loved the breakfasts (the staff at breakfast would always greet me by name and got to know my meal references, very impressive). I ate in the Indian restaurant a couple of times. The food was delightful. I was genuinely sorry to leave. A real gem.

We stayed here for the first time in August 2026 for 9 nights. Our original stay was booked for 7 nights but we extended for another 2 nights because we liked it so much. Great Villas all newly renovated. Wonderful Pool and loungers. Beach great fine sand also excellent service at the beach. Beach was always clean and water clear and warm. Service was a standout in all departments, very consistent. We are planning to return next year.

This is the finest resort we have ever experienced, and we have been to many. We had a one bedroom pool villa. It came with our own butler, Tin, who was wonderful, daily from 9 am to 6 pm. She helped organize shopping and dining in the town of Hoi An. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and we noticed the dining manager, who was constantly ensuring that the buffet was complete and perfect. Every detail throughout the hotel was constantly attended to. The beach itself is one of the finest anywhere. We have stayed at many Four Seasons hotels and resorts and this is the best.

This such a wonderful luxury experience. The facilities and beach access are fantastic. The leisure with spa and gym are first class . The villas are gorgeous. The food options are first class too. However, what makes this hotel truly memorable are the lovely , friendly staff . The office team we interacted with ( Uyen Vo, Tuong,Uyen ,Dzung and Trang. B ) were all amazing. Take a bow . The concierge team of Khang and Linh handled all our requirements with aplomb . Relax Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai. Your future is in good hands .

Have just spent 5 nights at this superb resort with our two teenage sons. The resort itself is one of the best I’ve ever stayed and would possibly be the finest Four Seasons I’ve had the privilege of staying at. Resort GM Marcel Oostenbrink and Resort Manager Joris Quintelier and their team do an excellent job. The renovated garden villas are lovely. Overall a fantastic experience and definitely a resort we look forward to returning in the future.
