My visit to Danang was a business trip, and since this resort is well known for its views, I decided to book a dining experience for our team. When I first called to check availability, Elly was incredibly helpful — right after our call, she reached out to my number directly to help coordinate our schedule. That kind of initiative already stood out to me. Due to the nature of our business trip, we had to change our reservation details multiple times. Not once did she seem bothered by it. Every single time, she responded warmly and patiently. What really stuck with me was how she anticipated our needs before I even had to ask. She went well beyond what her job required, and that's not something you see very often. The buffet itself was genuinely wonderful, but honestly, it's Elly who made me feel like this is a place worth coming back to. It's been two months since my visit, and I still felt compelled to write this. That says everything. The experience was distinguished and thoroughly enjoyable. As a Regional Event Director, I have traveled and stayed in many hotels. This hotel featured articulated structures paired with intricate ornamentation. The concept carries a strong Vietnamese essence with a modern touch. Located in an exclusive area with a private beach away from the bustling Da Nang. Services were impeccable despite the hot weather; everyone greeted you with a smile, even the gardeners watering the plants. They normally would just ignore you and focus on the plants, hahaha. Cuisine: I have Club privileges, and they serve a much better breakfast than the main dining hall; it's curated differently and masterfully. And having different plating is a matter of attention to detail that separates Club privileges. I didn't get the chance to try La Maison 1888 (1-star Michelin) due to a tight schedule, but I feel the pricing is a bit comparable to that of a 3-star Michelin restaurant in Singapore. And Singapore is a very expensive city. The only regret is that I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel program, which I totally missed because I had arranged it in advance. This is my second stay at InterContinental Da Nang Sun Peninsula. My first stay was so impressing last year, so I come back this year. I have to say that I have had an excellent experience for my birthday trip here. First of all, the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. I had checked in promptly at check in time, thanks for Ms. Thu and Ms. Ni at reception for their sharings and a really warm welcoming to me. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect place to relax. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The resort's facilities were outstanding, including the swimming pool, spa, and recreational activities. I like their private beach, so clean and we were well taken care from staffs. Additionally, the food at Citron Restaurant was so so delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. Especially, what impressed me most was the attention to detail and the commitment to guest satisfaction. If you're looking for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or simply a place to chill, this resort is an excellent option that can't be missed out. Finally, I highly recommend this resort for more people, who would love to find an exceptional service and space. For me, I chose to return every year. Thank you!!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Dong Dong (Dong Nguyen) and the exceptional service she has provided. From my very first visit, she left a strong impression on me with her sweet smile, genuine warmth, and kindness. She made me feel truly welcomed and cared for, creating a memorable experience that I have never forgotten. This is my second visit. During this stay, I did not see her at first and later learned that she had already been promoted. After hearing that I was here, she immediately came to see me, greeted me warmly, and asked if there was anything she could help me with. Her thoughtfulness and genuine care truly touched me and made me feel at home. What made this especially meaningful was that the feeling went far beyond the usual guest-service relationship. It felt less like being cared for by a friend and more like being welcomed by family. That sense of warmth and connection is something very rare and precious. Thank you, Dong Dong, for your kindness and dedication. And thank you to InterContinental for having such an outstanding team member who represents the very best of hospitality. I will certainly return whenever I have the opportunity.

My family stayed from 05 to 09 Jun 2026 for a milestone birthday celebration. When we arrived, it was seamless from airport to the hotel. Then our assigned butler, Ms. Nhi took over and then it was just magic after that. Ms Nhi helped us with all the arrangements for activities and ensuring that my kids were well taken care of. She was god-sent and added all the extras to make a holiday unforgettable and relaxing. The hotel is big, getting around by foot can be challenging but there was the tram and the buggies that took care of it. All staff were attentive, from the staff at the beach, spa, room service, restaurants, kids club, nail spa, yoga, club service, etc.... Food was excellent, there were several choices for meals, breakfast buffet had a slight rotation, but we did not stay long enough to want anything different. Our only complaint is that the holiday had to end and we have to go back to reality of life...
