InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort

A truly world class hotel. Every element of it, from the location, to the rooms, to the service, to the food, stacks up against the very best the hotel world has to offer, anywhere. It takes an awful lot to impress me these days, but I was seriously impressed! When I return to Vietnam, as I surely will, not including a stay here would be unthinkable.

We have stayed at Danang intercontinental. The hotel was fabulous, the staff was so friendly, so warm and so helpful. The hospitality was just fantastic. And the lounge at da nang was very good. Our host Hien - airport manager was very friendly and very warm. Looking forward to visit again.

A life time experience, this is one of the resorts that you should visit during your life time. 3rd time being in this premise, and was very impressed to see it was above "mainaining". Things were even managed better Only draw back is that foods are pricy and quality doesnt justify the price but generally hotel experience was more than impressive. All staffs are so professionally trained and you can feel this everywhere in the resort. The Mr. Thang Ngyuen from citron dinner really made our day, from breakfast Mr. Khoa was so kind and attentive. Also another lady with glass, which I forgot her name(short middle height) was so friendly too. Mr. Hunter was also attentive Mr. Hui bui who drove us with buggy was super kind and caring also Mr. Minh from bell team left good impression too. And Mr Patrick who guided us the Summit, was a very memorable special experience too! wanna appreciate him so much. Mr. Vu trang who helped us with checking in remembered from 2019 and was very touching. Also during Aug 27th, around 3pm while I had to wait in long bar to get seated, I think I kinda misunderstood some other couple took our seat(which it wasn't) but the woman staff there was so kind explaining me the situation and also gave ice cream. And I forgot her name. She was very kind and professional With IC danang you get really impressed seeing how all staffs are soooo well trained 정말 최고의 호텔입니다, 전세계 인터컨티넨탈 탑 3중 하나라고 하는데 자연에 아름답게 지어진 콜로니알 양식의 건물 디테일은 너무 놀랍고 그 규모도 진짜 방대해요.. 관리를 잘하는 수준을 넘어 오히려 전보다 발전하고 있고 직원들도 굉장히 친절합니다

We stayed at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort and had the pleasure of using the Club Lounge every day during our stay. We enjoyed breakfast at the lounge every morning and also spent a lot of time there during cocktail hour. The breakfast was far beyond what you would normally expect from a hotel buffet — the quality of the food was truly outstanding. The appetizers served during cocktail hour were also excellent, and we looked forward to them every day. What made our experience especially memorable was the exceptional service from Adam. After just one day, he already remembered us and even knew which wines we liked. He always seemed to know exactly when to offer another glass or check in on us, and his service was warm, personal, and genuine. Thanks to Adam, our time at the Club Lounge became one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you for making our stay so special. We would definitely love to come back to InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort again.
