A Wonderful Return to InterContinental Danang This was our return visit to InterContinental Danang, and it reminded us exactly why we love coming back. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from Ms. Annh at the reception. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and truly set the tone for another memorable stay. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Ruby, Harry, and Na for their exceptional hospitality. Despite the resort being fully occupied during meal times, they consistently checked on us and made us feel genuinely cared for. What impressed us most was that they remembered our dining and drink preferences from our previous stay. Such thoughtful attention to detail made our experience even more special. A very special thank you goes to the amazing team at Planet Trekkers Kids Club, especially Ms. Uyen, Thu, and Quynh. It was undoubtedly our daughter's favorite place in the resort. She looked forward to visiting every day and loved spending time with them. They were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive while managing several children at the same time. Their warmth and genuine care made our daughter feel happy, safe, and welcomed throughout our stay. Seeing how excited she was to return to the Kids Club each day speaks volumes about the wonderful experience they created for her. Having stayed at many InterContinental properties around the world, InterContinental Danang remains one of our absolute favorites. The stunning setting, world-class facilities, and most importantly, the heartfelt hospitality of the team make every stay truly memorable. We had the best time at the InterContinental in Da Nang! The hotel is gorgeous and beautifully maintained, with fantastic facilities. We loved spending time at the adults’ pool and using the gym. Long Bar was a favourite, with delicious hot dishes, especially the signature burger and bao bun. The Club Lounge was another highlight. The food was delicious, and a special shout-out goes to Adam and Ruby, whose warm service made our evenings feel so special. Thank you both for making our stay so memorable. We loved our time here and look forward to returning!

This hotel is probably the most beautiful one in Vietnam and with so many amenities. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Anthony, our butler, went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Super hotel for family relaxation. Will definitely come back!
