The rooms were huge with big beds the breakfast was amazing lots of variety to choose from and the hotel staff wee fabulous to deal with the overall experience was fantastic Especially Sarah and flora , vian were great to deal with

The hotel is good but clearly tired. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, and the staff are polite and courteous — a definite plus. The pool is large and the water is warm. However, my child cut himself twice on the pool edge: the edge is made of small ceramic tiles and often chips. He was helped each time, but both incidents were memorable: a cut on the finger and then on the leg, even staining the sunbed with blood. Rooms are cleaned well. Breakfasts are good, but glasses were often missing and Vietnamese coffee was not always available; the restaurant was crowded and not everything was served perfectly. At check-out staff asked to leave review for TripAdvisor ; maybe they deserve positive review, but the injuries our child sustained and the overall service fatigue still left an impression. There is no beach at all: the shore is eroded. This isn’t just for this hotel (it’s on the second line) but also for nearby hotels; sea defenses with pilings prevent access to a beach. We used taxi transport; Hotel promised a transfer to the public beach, but the transfer was actually only to the Old Town. Taxis are cheap, and Grab worked fine.
