KOI Resort & Spa Hoi An

We have really enjoyed our stay at Koi Resort and Spa. It has been quiet, relaxing and a great way to finish our trip. The food has been delicious at every meal. The staff have all been amazing, going above and beyond, from reception - Sarah, Nyla, Flora, housekeeping, drivers, Phi and Eden and everyone in the resort. Big shout out to Charlie in the restaraunt and the team for making our stay special and making us feel so welcome. Thank you!

Lovely people, lovely service. Definitely recommend. Sara was a friendly member with a beautiful smile.

Hello, my name is Mahtab. I stayed at this hotel in October 2026. Unfortunately, our wedding rings were stolen from our room, and no one took responsibility for what happened. This hotel does not feel safe at all. If theft can happen so easily inside a hotel room, how can guests feel secure staying there? These were our wedding rings, which hold deep sentimental value and many precious memories for us. Losing them has left me with a very painful memory of our stay. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to choose this hotel.

Amazing experience! The hotel was clean and beautiful, and the staff were very welcoming. Highly recommended! Thank Vian very helpul
