We had such an amazing stay here! The room was super clean, beautiful, and so comfortable. A huge thank you to Lilly, Kay, and Chloe for being extraordinarily warm and helpful throughout our trip your tips and support meant a lot to us! The location is super convenient—just 15 minutes from the airport and super close to shopping malls, museums, and the famous swing bridge. Also, the breakfast buffet was great, especially with so many tasty Korean dishes to choose from! Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to come back!

1/5 – DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL Extremely disappointing. The entire hotel smelled strongly of dampness and old, stale air, and the room was no better. I could not stay there and did not use the room at all. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund anything, so I lost the **full payment for three nights without staying even one night**. The staff were also extremely unfriendly and completely unhelpful. **This was nowhere near the standard I expected from a Meliá hotel. I would strongly advise against booking this property.**

It’s nice hotel, big room, good location. But breakfast you need to come early coz they did fill up the food, i went to breakfast at 9am and most of food is empty. Thank to Helen at the lobby.
