My husband and I eat breakfast at Han River 2 several times a week. While there is room for improvement with regards to the lukewarm temperatures of the hot food section, the Torta de Santiago is quite delicious, the staff at the egg station always produces perfect eggs, and the bibimbap station is reliably delicious. The wait staff is very nice but the real standout is Kieu. For some reason, they rarely offer fresh beetroot at the salad bar anymore. I asked Kieu once if she could grab us a plate of beetroot from Rumba restaurant. Not only did she deliver it that day, she now brings us a plate without us asking when she sees us. That is the epitome of going above and beyond to provide the very best experience for the customer. She is one of the reasons we keep coming back. She found an opportunity to make us feel special and continues to do it. Thank you Kieu for your excellent professionalism and proactiveness.

We had a wonderful experience at Melia. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The excellent service and beautiful atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Helen staff !

The hotel is exceptionally well located, offering a wonderful view of the river with the Dragon Bridge close by. Even though the lobby gets very busy, the staff handles the check-in and check-out process seamlessly. Rooms are spacious and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast buffet is varied and caters well to all tastes, including Western guests. I would especially like to recognize the outstanding help and support we received from the Public Relations Manager, Ms. Dung. She made us feel right at home and professionally resolved every inquiry we had during our stay. She even introduced us to the General Manager, Jorge Jimenez Arean, who kindly greeted us on our way to Hoi An. As I always say in my reviews, "people make places"—and this hotel is no exception. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Da Nang!
