Moire Hoi An, Vignette Collection

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The staff were very attentive and welcoming, the hotel was beautiful and green, and the facilities were great. The location was excellent too—just a short walk to the Ancient Town and Central Market. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! Special shoutout to Tom and James. Very helpful!

Beautful hotel in prime location on the river. The staff go above and beyond, from the moment we arrived Tom make us feel welcomed and assisted us with all our needs. Nonthing was ever to much trouble. The pool overlooking the river was beautiful. The spa treatment was excellent and the food was very good, catering to all our vegetarian needs. Also a special mention to Harry and James who also assisted us with our plans.

We stayed four nights at the hotel lately because of the great view on the old town, especially with the lanterns at night - and we have not been disappointed at all. The service was very attentive, especially Harry and Dean at the reception (helped us to change a tour booking). The pool is great to refresh at hot days and the breakfast was good. Only the service poolside has a little room to improve (e.g. clear tables and pool beds of used towels, refresh glasses and water).

The hotel is in a great location, peaceful but only a short walk to the old town. We enjoyed riding the hotel bicycles around Hoi An. There is small but well stocked gym at the hotel which is well positioned by the pool area. The pool area is well designed with plenty of loungers and private views back over the river towards the old town. The hotel breakfast is really good, lots of fresh fruit, juices and healthy options plus a range of Vietnamese and Western options too. The rooms are newly furnished and well appointed with excellent AC. Check-in and check-out was fast and super efficient.

Moire Hoi An is a phenomenal retreat that ticks every single box. Its perfect central location makes it easy to explore the town, but borrowing their bicycles to ride around was easily one of the most fun and memorable highlights of our stay. The property itself features a stunning pool and breathtaking views, offering a peaceful, quiet sanctuary just moments away from the bustling historic center. To top it all off, the dining was truly unforgettable, the food was simply exceptional across the board. A wonderful, elegant boutique experience we will cherish!
