Moire Hoi An, Vignette Collection

What a delight this hotel has been. Location wise it’s ideal - just by the bridge that leads u to the centre of everyting, old town. More importantly, service is amazing. Our leather luggage strap broke when we checked in and Harry went all out to get it repaired - bringing it himself to the cobbler to get it fixed. Insane service. And the room is lovely. Make sure u get the river view

Location 10/10 walked everywhere was so easy. Atmosphere absolutely beautiful. Rooms 10/10. Value worth every cent. The place is so clean and well maintained. Was so quiet and peaceful. The staff service was excellent, quick and reliable. And all the amenities pool, the dinning the bar all the best in Hoi an

Wonderful stay and great staff. The ladies at breakfast and the terrace downstears were very helpful and kind. Even at the reception they were very helpful. Mr. Anthony arranged a relaxed ride to Lang Co.

Great place, we loved it! Perfect location, the room was beautiful, the service was perfect.

This was a birthday getaway to the lovely town of Hoi An. Location is the key strength of this hotel which definitely had a chill resort feel, as it sits just on the opposite of the old town, commanding fabulous views of the river. Each room feels like a self-contained bungalow/chalet stay, beautiful adorned. In the day, you can see the busyness of the wet market on the opposite shore, and at night, the river transforms into a visual feast of lights with boats sailing down, I was only accorded the free breakfast for a IHG Diamond member, with no further room upgrades, because supposedly I was already in the twin/double room with river view. In this thus I was slightly disappointed because I was expecting more from a stay that wasn't that cheap in terms of room rates. That saying, staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I did receive a nice birthday treat in the room upon check in. The hotel supposedly offers their own boat rides down the river (including an eco-unfriendly lamp that could be set upon the river...) I was again surprised because I would think the hotel could be a bit more eco friendly to encourage guests to bring home the river lantern instead. The pool was obviously well-used by guests, but I think the fitness centre to me was more useful and definitely well sized and adequate in terms of equipment. Breakfast is nice in spread, and never hurried as we had breakfast daily around 7am.
