Monarque Hotel

Just returned from a 3 week stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect with an amazing view over the breathtaking beach. The hotel served great breakfast with a great variety of choices. Great value for money and excellent service. But the best part was without a doubt all of the outstanding staff at Monarque Hotel! Everyone were so friendly and helpful. We had so much fun and enjoyed all the talks we had with all of you. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will remember this place, and all of you, forever.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at the Monarque Hotel was second to none. The staff simply couldn't do enough for you—every single team member went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. ​A few individuals stood out head and shoulders above the rest: ​Lisa ,Gaga and Flora on reception were all amazing—warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient right from check-in. ​Celine provided wonderful, attentive service during afternoon tea, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. ​Vincent and Gary—Da Nangs strongest men! on the porter team, who handled everything effortlessly and made us feel right at home. ​The location was absolute perfection and easily the highlight of the stay, making exploring the area effortless. To top it all off, the breakfast spread every morning was amazing. ​I can't recommend the Monarque Hotel enough, and we will definitely be staying here again! ​Thank you to all the staff for making this the highlight of our travels so far

We are just ending our family holiday at Monarque Hotel, Da Nang. The location is perfect for getting around the city, beach front with plenty food and entertainment options. As you walk into the hotel it screams opulence & luxury, the room we stayed in was spacious but basic, however we had everything we needed including toiletries. The staff at the hotel are fabulous, friendly and made our stay feel very personal, everyone took time out to have a conversation with us and check in on our stay throughout. The afternoon tea was delightful, as we stayed forn2 weeks we received complimentary meal and spa treatment which knocks other hotels we've stayed in out the park. The pool area is small but never busy so wasn't an issue. Pool temperature was cool, perfect for cooling down in the warm weather. Overall we have had a fantastic stay here, would 100% recommend staying here.

This is a wonderful hotel. Four Star Hotel, Five Star Service! The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The Staff are polite and enthusiastic, making you feel like you are being cared for. Although there was an accident during this trip and the incident did not end as expected, I appreciate the service attitude of the staff who make effort to help.
