Monarque Hotel

Very comfortable rooms and nice breakfast. Many staff on duty to attend to your needs

Excellent hotel, great stay for the price and length of stay (6 nights). Location is also nice. The rooms are nice and always clean. Standard clean modern bathrooms. Very relaxing and calm atmosphere. The breakfast was good and lots of choice, more than standard hotels. The staff are very caring, helpful and attentive showing appreciation throughout (especially Flora and Linda). We will definitely return to this hotel for future stays :)

The staffs here are so friendly, welcoming and warm. They will greet to you every time with big smile, check your needs, even open and close the car door for you. Room is fine, air is fresh, air conditioning is good. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety option for you preference, high tea included as well so this price and service simply unbeatable in town and you should try it out

everything ok, service nice, lunch tea nice

Highly recommended! During my trip in Da Nang, I accidentally injured my ankle. After returning to the hotel, I received incredibly thoughtful assistance from staff member Nancy. She and her colleague came over immediately to check on my injury, and Nancy calmly arranged for her partner to fetch the first-aid kit. Nancy carefully cleaned and dressed my wound with gentle movements throughout the process. Her colleague kindly offered me fruit juice to ease my nervousness. Later when we met in the restaurant, she would proactively ask how my wound was healing. Her sincere and warm service made me feel safe and well cared for far away from home. The hotel breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious food. The room is fully equipped with a dehumidifier that can help dry clothes, which greatly improved our stay amid the humid coastal weather. The afternoon tea and evening beef pho were also extremely tasty. The overall service standard is excellent. You can feel the staff’s genuine care for guests and their enthusiasm at work. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I come back to Da Nang, and I will also recommend it to my friends.
