We had an incredible time at Shilla Monogram Da Nang. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We especially would like to thank the lifeguards, pool servers, chefs, musicians, management staff and everyone we encountered as they truly made our stay exceptional with their warm hospitality and kindness. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went above and beyond and made us feel so special during our whole stay, it felt more like family than resort staff! Massive shout out to the following staff và quản lý long, Duc, Thi, Thang, (and so many more as there are too many to name!!) The facilities are outstanding—beautifully maintained, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. The pools, restaurants, and overall resort atmosphere made for a truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team for your incredible hospitality. We highly recommend Shilla Monogram Da Nang to anyone looking for a first-class stay in Da Nang, and we can't wait to return!

We cannot fault a thing with this hotel. We stayed for a week with our two children (2 &6) and everything exceeded our expectations. We went half board and the food was consistently excellent and they were very flexible with us. The breakfast was equally as good, anything you can think of they had and it was all to the highest quality and nothing ever ran out. The kids club did a very good job and entertaining our children and they loved that it was so close to the pool so they could go in and out when they wanted. The pool was kept very clean, plenty of shaded areas and the most comfortable beds. All the staff were all a credit to the hotel and there is not one person who did not have a smile on their face or who was not helpful. Da Nang is a 20-25min taxi away but this hotel is so worth staying abit further out for! Thank you for a fabulous holiday, we hope to be back one day!

A relaxing and enjoyable summer trip awaits you at Shilla Resort. The staff are warmly welcoming upon check-in, and the resort offers numerous convenient amenities. I believe you should spend more time at the resort to fully enjoy all its services. The staff will introduce Facebook promotions in the morning at the restaurant, giving you plenty of choices for your meals. Giao Phan is very professional and always provides helpful information to ensure a pleasant stay. Yen and Linh at the restaurant are always cheerful and provide excellent service, even when the resort is quite busy.👍👍👍

Dinner here completed my last night in Da Nang. The service provided by a person named HAN was particularly excellent. From the wine recommendations to every little detail of the service, everything was truly heartwarming.
