Great hotel at this price point. Concierge and front desk teams spoke great conversational English which is definitely helpful. Concierge is also proactive in luggage assistance. Room was of standard Novotel size. Good enough for a night stay as we had a late arrival. Room is comfortable and clean. Had our welcome drinks at the rooftop bar. Overlooking the city view. It’s great as it is our first time in Vietnam. Our virgin city night view was amazing from this vantage point Requesting more drinking water in room will be on chargeable basis but they do provide a water dispenser at the lobby. Checkout was a breeze. Drop off keycard and I gotten the invoice via email immediately. Highly recommended.

I had a really pleasant stay at Novotel Saigon Centre! The location is great and very convenient for getting around Ho Chi Minh City. What I appreciated most was the friendly, helpful and attentive staff. They made me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. The room was also clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day out exploring the city. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily choose this hotel again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended!

This is our return stay at this hotel and we have seen improvements. Reception staff are now more approachable and efficient. Check-in was a beeeze, despite our request for a change of room due to preferences. The staff on Level 19 was helpful and patient. The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping does a wonderful job at ensuring my laundry is picked up and returned, cleaning the room, replenishing the bottled water, tea bags, tissue paper, toilet rolls, etc., replacing the used towels, making up the bed, changing the sheets, etc. a special shout out to Ms Suing who was very friendly and efficient. Having breakfast at the cafeteria on Level 2 was also more pleasant this time. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread has also improved somewhat. It would be great if more fresh juices were offered. Presently, only fresh watermelon and wheat grass juices are available. Guests including us ran into a problem with the bread toaster one morning and we ended up with burnt toasts. Thankfully the problem was resolved as it was working fine the next morning. A special shout out to Ms. Thoa who was friendly, chatty and helpful. It was overall a very enjoyable stay this time round and we look forward to returning the next time we’re in HCMC. Thank you for everything.

First of all i would like to thank Ms Thao for the warm reception and the room upgrade. Huge improvements were made since my last stay back in 2025. Executive lounge was way better than previously and really glad that the management listen to the guest's feedback and improve from there. Breakfast was good as always. The whole team is great. Lovely and pleasant stay. No complaints. 5 stars
