Unforgettable stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome, friendly staff, and excellent service. Everyone was very kind, professional, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious, with a good variety of choices, and the service in the restaurant was excellent. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the beautiful and very clean beach. The sea view was amazing, and the hotel’s garden was also peaceful and well maintained. The whole environment was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a holiday. A special thank you to Jamal, the Recreation Manager, for his great organization and energy. The animation team made my stay even more enjoyable with their fun activities and sun bed set up were definitely among the best during our stay at Jaz Amaluna The location of the hotel is also excellent, especially for anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of the sea and a peaceful atmosphere. I truly enjoyed every moment here. Thank to Recreation team and the entire hotel team for making my stay so special and memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and unforgettable entertainment. I hope to come back again soon!

What a wonderful island and a superb new hotel that offers the very best surroundings and possibly the best vista for breakfast we’ve ever experienced. This establishment is very well thought out and is now providing a wonderfully relaxing environment for adults only. It was the first time my Wife and I had visited the island and would highly recommend and would strongly suggest you make time to visit Stone Town and get a guided tour to fully understand the history of Zanzibar, for good and very bad. Back in the hotel, the Reception Team are extremely helpful and massive thanks to the amazing Veronica and Anna who were brilliant. Housekeeping were diligent and the team of predominately Egyptian Chefs delivered consistently high quality of food throughout the day - Thank you. However, it’s still early days and the service in the bar, restaurant and poolside was erratic, going from the personal to slightly absent with no one taking responsibility and this was disappointing on a number of occasions. The staff all need to be applauded for trying their hardest but some of the training seemed lacking.. Anyway, finishing on the positives, the design of the hotel is amazing and this establishment will do very well and I wish them all the success.

The hotel overview is excellent you feel at home immediately you enter at the reception. The staff is very loving and friendly and very welcoming. Food,drinks pools and Spa are 100%

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the service was good. Overall animation team was really talkative and professional Jamal Rc Manager was really amazing and Jaz was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it.

Reception team did great Check-in was smooth and the whole process was handled efficiently. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very relaxing. The room was spacious enough, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy throughout my visit. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The food was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of meals available, and the quality was generally very good. Breakfast had several options, and the restaurant staff were attentive and polite. The hotel facilities were also clean and convenient, and I particularly enjoyed spending time around the pool and other common areas. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and visit nearby places. What stood out most to me was the attitude of the staff. They were always willing to help and responded politely whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Overall, I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The combination of friendly service, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere made this hotel a great place to stay. I would definitely consider coming back again in the future.
