We had an excellent experience thanks to your wonderful waitress(HILDA).She was friendly, attentive, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm personality and excellent service made our dining experience truly enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Outstanding service — highly recommended!

Stayed at TUI Blue Bahari for two weeks at the end of August and the stay was amazing! All the staff were super friendly, always saying hello and being accommodating where they can. There was one member of staff that truly made my stay called Kija who worked within the main buffet during breakfast and lunch. She added the personal touch of remember ours names and going out of her way to come over and say hello, always being so lovely making time to have a conversation and very accommodating. My birthday was during the stay and Kija ensured she came over to me to wish me a happy birthday and it made me feel so welcome. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the cleaning staff always left lovely designs and flowers on the bed. One of the room attendants called Neems done a special display for my birthday with a note wishing me a happy birthday which was so sweet. We stayed near the main entrance to the hotel which is a couple minutes walk away from the pool and restaurants. Morning prayers start between 0430-0515 hours which can be very loud if staying within the rooms located towards the front of the hotel. The entertainment provided at the hotel also had a good range of things such as dancers, acrobats, live singers and movie nights on the beach. They also had a full moon party and have weekly dinners around the pool and on the beach which is such a lovely touch. The main buffet was also delicious with various different meals for lunch and dinner which are switched up everyday. They also have a fresh pasta section if you fancied something different from the main buffet food. I also tried the Italian Restaurant for my birthday and the staff had decorated the table with flowers and the food was amazing! I would recommend the Spaghetti Ragu and the Lasagna! The staff then brought out a cake and sung happy birthday which was such a lovely touch to the evening. If you do not fancy the main buffet for lunch, there is another restaurant that is directly opposite which you can order meals such as poke bowls, fresh pizza, burger etc. The pizzas were always delicious.

Nice and clean and all the staff are friendly. Minor issues like, electricity power cut but generators kick in quickly. Takes a bit of time to check in. After a long journey most people want to get to their rooms, should prepare for large parties to book in. Transport (golf buggies) is provided if required around the hotel estate. Overall could do with faster responses to resolving guests issues.

Such a lovely holiday, all the staff do their best to make you feel welcomed and special here, Yasinta at the bar always service with a smile, always up for a chat, Ramia making the drinks did an exceptional job. The food was great here, there’s a lot of choice at the buffet green and grill throughout the day wow i particularly enjoyed the ceaser salads and bbq chicken pizzas and my boyfriend was a big fan of the pepperoni. The italian on a night was our favourite Ester did an incredible job we felt so welcomed, she’s very kind. The view on the beach is incredible, you can get interrogated on the beach by the locals who are quite consistent however a stern no thankyou steers them away. Bring mosquito repellent and crisps! The only thing missing from the hotel is a mini market, there’s a boutique that sells a few snacks but not many. We had a really amazing holiday here and couldn’t recommend it enough!
