The hotel is located on a beautiful, sandy beach❤️. The views in the morning are breathtaking, and the ocean is an incredible turquoise. You can walk for miles❤️. The staff is an absolute treasure of this place❤️. Everyone is incredibly friendly, smiling, and helpful. After a few days, the bartenders already knew our favorite drinks. Their hospitality makes you feel special. The meals were delicious and varied. There was a large selection of fresh seafood, local fruit, and international dishes❤️. There was something for everyone❤️. The pool complex is large, clean, and well-maintained, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, and there are several smaller pools❤️. Special thanks to the Manager Mr. DAUDI😊❤️!!! We highly recommend this hotel!!!❤️ and will definitely come back here!!!❤️❤️❤️See You soon!!!!😊

I stayed at this resort between 4 and 6 December. Approximately 1.5 hours after check-in, my room was accessed without any warning or knock while I was inside. This was a serious invasion of privacy and made me feel unsafe for the remainder of my stay. What followed was complete abandonment by the hotel. No one contacted me proactively. I received no follow-up, no apology in person, no reassurance, and no alternative solution. I had to insist repeatedly to get minimal replies. I stayed only because I had no realistic alternative accommodation on the island and a scheduled flight. Remaining at the hotel does not mean I accepted the situation or enjoyed the stay — I felt confined and constantly on alert. Additional concerns: - Despite the website stating a 50% advance payment, I was instructed via WhatsApp to pay the full amount upfront. - The “all inclusive” package is misleading: food is only available at fixed hours; outside those times, only drinks are available. This was not clearly communicated. - I was charged a tourism tax at check-in that had already been included in the invoice. After returning home, the hotel promised compensation (USD 100 + USD 10) within 7 days. This was never paid. Instead, a partial transfer in euros was sent without consent. The resort is amazing. Was staying at paradise and it is paradise. Very friendly staff, very helpful. They have good entertainment and will always make recommendations for the best clubs on the island. Rooms are clean. Good value for money. If you need tours they is an office to help you organise those. Everyone is always in great spirit. I just loved ever about this place. Great pools, EVERYTHING!!!

The atmosphere with the staff is outstanding, housekeeping, bar and at the lunch restaurant. Miriam with colleges kept us happy for the whole stay. Hakuna Matata and Asante Sana!
