Alua Sunny Beach

The hotel is perfect, it is a wonderful place, huge but very cosy. The rooms are very clean. The bar is open 24h, the staff very friendly and helpful. The food is gorgeous, very tasty and various. We have never met a hotel with such a bariery of food. And all-inclusive is all-inclusive, seriously. Generally, the hotel has a very friendly attitude towards its guests. The only disadavantage is spa, the saunas which aren’t working. One is not hot enough and the second isn’t working at all…Jaccuzi also is not working, neither inside nor outside. Nevertheless, that’s a small issue. We will for sure come back for longer!

We had an amazing 5 days at what was truly the best holiday of my life. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and offered a wide variety of fun and interesting activities led by different entertainers. A special shout-out to Simeon, who made the activities even more enjoyable with his great energy and positive attitude. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

We had a fantastic holiday last week at Alua Sunny beach resort. Food was lovely. Large variety to choose from. Rooms were clean. Bar staff were lovely and friendly. Entertainment every evening. Big thank you to Margerita The Hotel Guess Manager for taking care of our same issue with the Receptionist. And A Very Big Thank you to Victoria who gave the best Massage. We would go back again to this hotel

Fabulous stay with my husband. Good welcome at reception, up to our spacious room with a queen sized bed, big choice of pillows plus additional pillow menu, huge smart TV, carpeted room which we love. Couldn’t keep up with mini bar refills, cleaner did a great job daily. Great food choice at every meal multiple al a carte restaurants to choose from too. Premium upgrade at £15 each well worth it with separate area on beach and poolside including cabanas. Lovely friendly staff, Simeon on entertainment really friendly- we didn’t get involved in activities but nice to chat to. We were in room 7012, superb sea view. Cleaners everywhere constantly toilets cleaned every hour. Great location away from very busy Sunny Beach but 10 minute train ride or 25 minute stroll. Could not recommend enough, great holiday, thank you Alua Sunny Beach!
