Wow, I read the reviews on booking.com and that swayed me to book along with the amazing price deal we got... Fabulous location for us as it was a 25 min walk to Flower Street and main busy beach and bus ferry! The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful, showing you to your room, bringing luggage to the room... Our room over looked the pool, was spacious, clean, ac working, plenty of towels, extra bedding. Cleaner comes daily. The food.. wow, breakfast so much choice and healthy options, lunch and dinner s full on with soup, multiple salads, at least 2/3 meat options, 2 fish options, rice, pasta, potato and two hot veggie sides... An amazing cheeseboard at dinner and numerous cakes, fruits and ice cream... Pool is clean, and pool area cleaned immaculate each morning... I cannot fault the place or facilities only downside is not a fault of the hotel it's greedy guests taking more food and wasting it, but I guess that's a typical trait of all inclusive hotels and stupid greedy people.

Location was ok. Only English Staff very rude Food was disgusting Drinks awful Rooms not cleaned Beds so uncomfortable Kids water area on once in the whole 8 days Not safe as my child escaped as by play area is not secure Never again would 100 percent advise you to stay away not even a 2 star

Tidy rooms, amazing food,big compliments to the chefs! The hotel was peaceful and not too noisy. A big thank you to the girl at the reception; she was incredibly helpful and kind, and thanks to the gentleman at the reception as well. The cleaning staff asked us every day if we needed anything cleaned, which we really appreciated. The hotel is also conveniently located, only about a 5–7 minute walk from the beach. The only downside was the adults' pool, where children were sometimes jumping in, so you had to be a bit careful. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the price we paid, and we had a very pleasant stay!
