You should be very careful when you pay the entrance. I visited the spa on Tuesday and they charged me with the price for the week-end. I mean 36 euro instead of 31 euro. And the girl at the reception did this with a smile on her face. They have taken advantage that I don’t speak Bulgarian, they don’t speak English, so…difficult to understand each other. But the price should have been the right price. Doesn’t matter how the spa is if they do this.

Great place to relax. The reception team was welcoming and helpful, and everything was well organized. The thermal pools were clean and not overcrowded. We had a lovely day and would happily visit again.

Bad expectations, hoping we could unwind by the beach in a manicured place. Unfortunately there is no beach there or what it is there is not taken care of. The pool area is well appointed but rather medium sized.

Vera is the reason I come back. Having tried massages all over the world, she remains my absolute favourite. She is truly вълшебна—gifted, intuitive, and simply exceptional. Combined with the beautiful massage room, the experience is pure magic.

I had a wonderful time at the Spa. Firstly I went from warm to warmer pools. They were large enough to be able to smim in. The Spa is a lovely building and very clean. My Hot Stone Massage Therapy with Ivo was superb. His massage was firm. The room smelt divine. It was the only time on my 4 week trip that I was without pain. I highly recommend the Spa and Ivo.
