Grifid Hotel Bolero

Had an amazing time at Bolero. The activities were really fun and the animation team (Anishka, Cleo, Kathy, Simon and the whole team – sorry if I misspelt or missed anyone) were awesome, thanks a lot! The drinks at the bar had loads of variety and the water park staff were super friendly too – thanks for a great holiday!

Everything was perfectly refined, from the food at the restaurant to the cleanliness of the rooms. Huge praise for all the entertainers, thanks to whom I could leave my eight-year-old daughter in their care without worrying about anything. The bar by the pool had excellent service, very nice and helpful people. The reception was very helpful and friendly; they took care of everything I asked for. We had everything our hearts desired here, and we will definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bolero. You can also find clean rooms, nice pools and good food in other hotels, but here they add something extra – incredibly kind staff and well-prepared entertainment. These are seemingly small things, but they make a big difference. For example, during meals you do not have to wander around looking for a free table – the staff will always seat you. Cleaning is thorough, the minibar is refilled daily. Some guests mention a lack of sunbeds in their reviews, but we never had a problem – there was always a free spot both by the pool and on the beach. Bolero is truly exceptional thanks to its animation programs, which we have never experienced in such quality anywhere else. From the range of activities everyone can choose something if they want to have some fun and get up from the sunbed :-) The animators radiate incredible energy and in my opinion they are the main treasure of Bolero. Each has a strength they know how to use. Katy, who is like Shakira and Barbie in one, makes her Aquagym and Zumba not only active but also entertaining. The pleasantly crazy Cleo gets even the lazy ones moving. Niky, with his dancing and moderating, can win over the audience so much that even my husband always got up from his chair to join the hotel dance. Simo is a source of good mood, ease and humor. Calm and kind Alex always smiles and asks how you are. Other animators take care of the children – we did not bring any, but it was clear they were doing a good job. For us, this entertainment is the main reason why we will definitely return to Bolero.

Everything great, hotel clean, friendly staff, two swimming pools, nice comfy and spacious room. Very good food in ultra AI program. Amazing animation team, I have never seen such great performances, especially Katka is very friendly and helpful. Thumb up 👍👍

Great food, excellent cleaning. Asian restaurant top of the top! The hotel´could also provide us glutenfree bread, pancakes, pasta and pizza, which was great. Animation: top! My boys enjoyed waterpolo, we also loved the dancing and aquagym. Kathy is a very sweet lady! Pools clean, not overcrowded. Supernice slidesnin the aquapark Very nice private beach with sunbeds. It was a great holiday and we could have stayed easily another week without getting bored if it wasnt that expensive :-) But also a bit of remarks: - 2 days the drinks in the main restaurant, the pool bar and the snackbar were closed. Especially in the main restaurant this was really disturbing - In the evening sometimes we couldnt shower, i think because there were too many people trying to shower at the same time? -2 of our kids got sick, with vomiting and fever, not sure if it was because of a virus or because of the food. - 1 day the pool downside was half empty and could not be used whole day, without any explanation. - not everybody in the main restaurant was friendly
