A small, but very well-managed hotel. You can really relax and recharge. Very good and varied meals. Quiet relaxation area, an adequate pool with regularly monitored cleanliness. Very friendly and helpful staff. They pay great attention to cleanliness. Room service is brilliant.

If you’re looking for Rest and Relaxation in a peaceful, quiet and nature setting, this is the place! From the moment you walk in to the lobby you are greeted by very welcoming and hospitable employees, the restaurant servers are always friendly and attentive, housekeeping does an amazing job, the lobby and pool bar employees are the best, the shuttle driver to the beach and from the beach is always courteous and the manager is always attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay all due to the attentive, friendly and welcoming employees of the hotel and they all deserve to be commended for outstanding customer service. Our sincerest thanks to Alexandar ( Special thanks to Alexandar for an early check-in, always answering our questions and inquires with patience and genuine kindness) and the two young ladies at the front desk, Ayu, Agung ,Aldi and Gusti from housekeeping for always greeting us with a friendly hello and doing an amazing job servicing our room,( our room was immaculately clean) Arya from the lobby bar for mixing wonderful drinks and great hospitality, Nanda from the pool bar serving delicious ice cream and great hospitality, the beautiful young ladies at the restaurant; Dara, Nindi, Dian, Tina, Mani and Kristina always greeting us with friendly smiles and being attentive during meals and were very courteous to us as well as all guests and this made us really feel welcomed and valued as guests! The chefs for putting together delicious and varied food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The manager Dylan for putting together a great team of employees who truly loved their job and the guests! For a 3 star hotel, we received a 5 star service and all the aforementioned employees and the manager Dylan should be recognized for exhibiting exceptional customer service! You all made our stay a truly memorable one and we would gladly recommend this beautiful hotel treating guests with 5 star service to friends and family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Please be informed from the beginning that this hotel is for adults only, so there is a peaceful, relaxing hotel. There is no room for evening parties, club muzic, etc. There are other Grifid hotels that may gladly satisfy this kind of entertainment neted. But the rest?! High class. Rooms are large, clean, Air conditioned, white clean towels changed daily. There is also a fridge filled with beer, cola, water daily. Food is fresh, well cooked, different types of salad, fruits, meat ( veal, bref, rabbit, fish). The coktails are very good and may be served in the lobby bar, ar the pool or in their restaurant. There is a transfer to the beach twice a day to a hotel partner from Grifid chain. But most important îs the treatment for the guest starting from receptionist, waiters and manager who is present everywhere checking everything to make your stay the most confortable and relaxing holiday. Grifid Foresta will always be one of my future holiday options!

The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive and always smiling. They truly live up to their motto: their main goal is to make sure every guest feels comfortable and enjoys their holiday. Unfortunately, this level of care is not something you find at every accommodation. The atmosphere is peaceful, intimate and welcoming, and the manager deserves a special mention for being exceptionally attentive, kind and helpful. You can really feel that the guests’ comfort is a genuine priority. The only minor drawback is the fixed shuttle bus schedule to the beach. The bus does not always leave exactly at the scheduled time, so if you are not there and ready to go, you may miss it. This happened to us once, but the problem was resolved immediately and without any fuss—the manager personally drove us to the beach in his own car. This was a wonderful example of how seriously they take guest satisfaction. The swimming pool is another lovely feature. The water is at a very pleasant temperature, making the pool a perfect place to relax and spend the afternoon. Overall, I can highly recommend this accommodation. For a three-star all-inclusive hotel, it is absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful stay and, above all, felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our holiday.

Arya and Dara + the team made my stay so nice. Small and clean hotell with very big rooms. Love to have inclusive (and all are inclusive) when I travel solo. The hotel have busservice to the beach. I will come back.
