Prestige Hotel and Aquapark

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the conditions provided during our stay. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations or the standards we would normally expect from a hotel of this level. First of all, the cleanliness of the common areas, particularly the hallways, was unsatisfactory. In addition, the attitude of the staff was not particularly welcoming. The employees did not appear friendly or helpful, and the fact that some of them did not speak English made communication quite difficult. Another unpleasant aspect was the temperature of the swimming pools, which was cold and made it difficult to use them comfortably. We also consider the €15 per day parking fee to be excessive, especially considering the services and facilities provided by the hotel. Regarding the food, the meals were not sufficiently varied and, in our opinion, were not particularly tasty. We expected a wider selection of dishes and better overall quality. Last but not least, another significant disadvantage was the fact that the hotel does not have a private beach nearby. This considerably reduced the comfort and attractiveness of our stay, especially since easy access to the beach is an important criterion for a holiday. In conclusion, we feel that the price paid was not justified by the quality of the services provided. We hope that these observations will be taken into consideration and that the issues mentioned above will be addressed and improved for future guests.

I went to prestige aquapark which is terrible in terms of safty, infrastructure, and hygiene. Very disappointing experience. The tiles around the pool are extremely slippery and dirty, which makes the area unsafe. The anti-slip mat leading to the water slides is filthy and missing in many places. In the bathrooms, only two faucets were working and there was very little water. The toilet doors do not close properly, and the showers do not work at all. The chairs near the pool bar are also very dirty. On top of that, the security staff is rarely visible and does not seem to monitor or control anything. Overall, the hygiene, maintenance, and safety standards need serious improvement.

I stayed at this hotel from Monday until Thursday, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Parking: the biggest issue. I arrived on Monday at 3 PM and left on Thursday at 9 AM, so my car was actually parked for 2 full days. However, I was charged for 4 days of parking (100 BGN), which is completely unfair. On top of that, when I arrived, I was told that the hotel parking was full and was sent to leave my car 1 km away. I was promised a shuttle service to reach my car anytime I needed, but on the day of departure, despite having paid the full parking fee, I was rudely told to walk there on foot. Room: dirty and poorly maintained. I left the “clean the room” sign on the door, but the cleaning staff only removed the sign and never actually cleaned the room. Hotel and organization: very crowded. The internal rules regarding meal shifts (by floor) are not respected, creating chaos. Elevators are overcrowded and insufficient. The only positive point: the food, which was good and varied. Overall, the service was far below expectations. The way the parking staff and cleaning staff behaved was unacceptable. I will definitely not return and I do not recommend this hotel.
