Apartments Katoro Plava Laguna

The Katoro aprtment about between 2 and 3 stars! Not 4… Cleanliness is terrible, in the restaurant (its a joke, its not restaurant, its a cantin) the AC not working, you can immagine some hundred people without any fresh air after a sunny day! Its terrible! I dont recommend for 2000 euros for a week. The marketinh photos absolutely different from the reality! Four star price, two and a half in reality. This was the last time, i spent money in this country!

Location is good, kids have sth to do. Pool is big and clean. Apartment is dirty, fridge is without freezing part. The sink doesn't flush. Bathroom isn't cleaned. Tenda on balcony is broken. Well furniture is new so hope they are reparing other things. They surely don't deserve 4****

We arrived late, around 22:00. There was only one person handling check-in so that took around an hour. Finding the apartment at first was hard as the sign had been broken off (nr.127). The apartment itself was disgusting, stinking of mold, hadn't been clean, ant farm at the toilet, and mold on ceilings and walls. I went to the front desk to complain, another 45 min of waiting as there were 3 people infront of me, 2 of them was complaing about the same thing. The guy at the front desk couldnt help. To make a long story short, I met 6 couples that along with us checked out the morning after and went to another place. I saw pictures from some of them and they were worse than mine. We were offered a "better"room but I did not accept as this is a party place, crazy noise until the morning. Would have been fine if I was travelling for party but not with 3 kids. This is pretty much the worst place I have ever stayed in.
