Apartments Polynesia Plava Laguna

we payed 1100€ for 6 nights in these apartments. When we first arrived, our first innitial thoughts on the apartments were good, we were on the 2nd floor, it wasnt modern, but not bad for the price, then during our first night there, our neighbours underneath us started being very loud during the late night hours around 1 or 2AM in the morning, they were laughing out loudly, drinking, their kids were screaming, we were irritated but we didnt do anything yet because we thought that they wouldnt do the same thing the next night, but guess what? the next night they were even louder, so we texted the hotel reception and the next day they have told us that they spoke with our neighbours and that they apologized and said they wont to it again. Then the 3rd night comes and they are being very loud again. So we went to the hotel reception in the middle of the night to speak to the receptionist, he told us that they will send security to their apartment to speak with them, but yet when we came back to our apartment no security came and they continued to be loud for the rest of the night, our other neighbours were angry with them too, but the hotel staff did bare minimum to stop them.

Bin to the Polynesia Appartments for the fourth time, and I can say NEVER AGAIN!!! We had for the neighbours a group of people (adults, about maybe 10 of them) that were drinking, yelling, destroying the apartment, than trying to break into our apartment. And they had kids (from 8 to maybe 12 years old) with them watching all if that. We (and several other guests) reported the incidents to the onsite security, that did nothing. Than we reported it at the reception and the response was to ask before booking the holiday, if there is a larger group staying at that time 😵‍💫. Which just means that this is happening every year, they know it, but prefer to do nothing. Can you imagine them breaking into the apartment and our small child witnessed that?!?! We used to come because of tranquility and good location, but this is just too much of a safety hazard to ever go back.

Worst place I've ever been at... If you value yourself and your money don't go there. 1. appartments look like they were renovated during the Cold war 2. when you enter it takes at least half an hour to take the cobweb off of the walls and the furniture 3. walls are moldy 4. furniture is in terrible condition 5. there is no air-condition 6. sheets are dirty 7. food is below mediocre (every meal there is only a few different choices that they repeat every day) 8. if somebody plays loud music next to you the entire night, the staff won't do anything to stop them 9. all over the apartment (walls amd ceiling) there are squished bugs that nobody cleans 10. if you take the shower, the shower turns into a pool 11. I tried to reserve other accomodation, they never answered the mail For the love of God, never go there!
