Brioni Sunny Camping by Valamar

At first we were reluctant due to just 2 star rating, but it has all we need and want from a campsite: nice and big pitches, clean toilets (there's non-stop cleaner at the toilet), great beaches and a seaside promenade with playgrounds, beaches, bars, etc. Great for active families and dog owners: dog beach is really nice, and there is another one just next to the campsite. You can run on the promenade (ca 4km to Fazana centre, so a nice morning 10k if you do a little detour), cycle surrounding paths (ca 6km ride to Pula centre),... Don't visit if you expect Vegas style camp (concrete/pool/amusement parks,party places).

Great camping spot for 3 nights, spacious plots, right by the water, with amazing views. Quiet and calm but if you'd like a bit more, it's easy access to the footpath/cycle path where you can be in Fazana within 15mins. Great cocktails at the bar too! Would recommend.

We booked mobile homes from Gebetsroither which were amazing! The campsite is big, as we could see many locals arrive to the beaches too so it is quite popular. The whole camping is shady which is a huge huge huge advantage! The camping is a bit undulating, to get to the bigger beach it is a bit of an adventure especially with stroller as things. But the smaller beach next to the entrance is amazing. The campsite is clean, very well equipped. Several options for food and drinks. There is a small shop with everything you would need in the camping. The only thing what disturbed us (mainly because we travelled with babies) that at 10pm motorcyclists could come and go freely and that was loud.... We were used to that after 8-9pm loud noises should not be heard because of the kindness to others.

This review is specific to Eurocamp at Brioni Sunny, Pula. We were shocked on arrival- given the description and pictures online. The resort is absolutely huge, this was in no way made clear to us. There is no beach space due to the amount of people at the campsite. The pictures on the Eurocamp site are totally unrepresentative - for example the photos of sunloungers and trampolines given by Eurocamp and listed as amenities are at significant charge. The whole place is a 1980s resort that has seen little upgrade. For 2500 people on site they have three toilet blocks and two washing machines. The Eurocamp block of property is the furthest possible from the beach and next to a noisy road, with squads of noisy, honking quad bikes at all hours. The quality of the cabins is shocking. They list pictures of the cabins but actually the last photo on the reel is what they all look like. Terribly dated, dirty- greasy stains on sofas and curtains, crusty dirt on tables. We paid for sheets and were given two flat bedsheets- with duvets with no covers- that had crusty stains. A promise of clean duvets made never arrived. The Eurocamp staff were grumpy, sullen and unhelpful. Gone are the days of a welcoming reception with board games, leaflets and a friendly good morning. Positives- (only for the resort) main reception staff are helpful and friendly, there are four perfectly acceptable bars/ restaurants, bakery and mini market, it’s a safe place to be, bay is calm and it is a beautiful bay. Overall- Stay away from Eurocamp at Brioni Sunny- plenty of excellent options in this part of the world.

Nice location, big camping plots. Some of. Them are not in shade. It's a huge camp there is 2500 people here according to reception staff. They should definitely add at least one more toilet shower area. Cleanliness is ok. Wifi connection is available but it is very slow. The problem is that Hrvatski Telekom mobile provider is available but quality is very poor, it's 5G but speed is max 1Mbps
