Hotel Delfin Plava Laguna

While the hotel is a decent size and has all the facilities that a hotel could possibly ask for, including the pool and beach front which you don't often find in a 2 star hotel. The price for this hotel is ridiculous while you could spend your money on a 5 star hotel in just about nearly other country and county in the world. The air conditioning is terrible and does not help that there is none while causing people to feel unconscious and burn. The reception are terrible for there english and dont understand a word of english half the time. The hotel has no towel service, if there is a tower service for the pool the guy is never around. The hotels storage is not secure. While the food is not the best and is very dry and barely ever hot. I really think the hotel could do with improving on there service to get it upto a 5 star while the hotel does fit into meeting the requirments to update its service. If its going yo stay the same, I highly reccomend that they bump the price of there hotel down in price to drive more tourists, because I certainly will not be paying the money to come back when I could be going to a 5 star hotel in much better countries, an example is Venice which I stayed in a 5 star hotel.

Visited as a group of friends. Hotel took passports at check in, and apparently you have to fill in a ‘damages’ report on arrival (we arrived after midnight so didn’t get that memo) On checkout charged for ‘damages’ to stuff that hadn’t been touched in 2 different rooms (a ‘broken’ chair nobody had sat on, a ‘broken’ wardrobe that hasn’t been opened). And held passports until paid. Unbelievable bare faced con artists. Avoid.

We were very surprise in negative way. It was terrible, room was not like showe on photos, they were dirty and stinky quite disgusting. Balcony shared with other apartment, during night neighbour smoked weed and looking over wall absolutely disasters.
