Hotel Nautica

This hotel is a hidden gem. It is in a peaceful location in Novigrad, set in the marina. The staff are all lovely, welcoming and friendly. The nautical themed rooms are quaint and spacious. Everywhere in the hotel was spotless, cleaned to a very high standard. Although the hotel is shared by guests using the marina, it was never busy and never noisy. Breakfast was buffet style, evening meal a la carte, we had upgraded from b & b to half board for a reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised to find that our evening meal was waiter service and we had a choice of 6 cold starter to choose from, a choice of 6 ward starters to choice from and the same for main course, a selection of sweets to finish. It was a welcome change on a package holiday, to be served a hot meal to your table, the food was excellent as was the service. There is no indoor pool at this hotel but what there is is an excellent heated indoor pool, that was empty every time I used it, heavenly. There is also a jaccuzi and a steam room and spa facilities. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the local beach if that is your preference. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definetly revisit, we came home feeling totally relaxed. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Beautifull, comfortable and a great qualty rooms! Real nautical style 10/10. Excellent location, excellent service! We do travel a lot but a deal like this we have never seen (value/qualty). We are definitely coming back!

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The rooms are extremely spacious with a nautical theme throughout. Lovely renovated shower room. Breakfast is taken on the terrace overlooking the marina. The staff are efficient and friendly. Novigrad is a beautiful town. Lido beach a short walk away. Cycling is prolific with good cycle hire nearby, opposite the petrol station. So many cycling routes and cycling lanes alongside roads which are respected by motorists.

Disappointing experience – inflexible and unaccommodating I had booked a two-night stay but had to adjust my plans unexpectedly after the first night. I reached out to amend the reservation, but the hotel showed zero flexibility and insisted on charging the full amount, despite clear communication and a genuine effort to find a fair solution. Rigid policies are one thing, but the complete lack of understanding or goodwill was disappointing. This kind of customer service leaves a lasting negative impression — I won’t be returning, and I would advise other travelers to be cautious if your plans might need any adjustment.

We had our e-bikers group with 28 people in total one night in the hotel and it was absolutely wonderful! Large, comfortable rooms with perfect views, kind and helpful staff, had the chance to watch the UEFA Inter - Barcelona in the lounge. Highly recommend this place, best hotel in Novigrad! Will come back definitely in the future!
